Had an expensive dress shirt returned from dry cleaning with the invoice (probably accidentally) stapled through the shirt. I brought the shirt in to ask what repairs could be done, since there were now two small holes in the shoulder of the shirt. The woman working there ripped the shirt out of my hand and started screaming at me. She then refused to hand the shirt back to me. I had to videotape the remainder of the situation on my phone and threaten to call the police before she would return my now-damaged shirt. Subsequently, I have heard many horror stories from my neighbours about this place. Do not go here!

The woman owner is incredibly rude and I was accused of getting fat/growing when I told her she'd shrunk some of my clothes. Not to mention they are expensive. Save your time and money

I brought a couple tailored suits here, as I needed them cleaned. Thought it'd be fairly simple, drop off clean pick up. Got them back and to my disappointment 1 of the suits still had a stain on it, whatever didn't really care. The issue I have is that they took the hanger from me and gave me this used worn out one. If it was any other item of clothing I wouldn't care but my tailor told me I need to keep these suits on a specific type of hanger so the shoulders don't sink. I call and the lady who owns the store says yes come down, when I do all she wants to do is gaslight me and tell me she has 3 stores. You deal with hundreds if not thousands of articles of clothing, I deal with a handful of suits, I know what my hangers look like.Go run businesses in Toronto with interest rates rising, inflation still not fully under control and poor customer service. Just tell me you made a mistake and leave it at that, I'd be upset but gaslighting me to try and get out of it is just disgusting.Guess I need to go buy a new hanger now, add that to the $50 for poorly cleaning them and I guess I have a nice new dress shirt's worth of expenses because of this place. Class interaction with an egotistical owner to boot, stay away if it's quality items, definitely don't leave anything in your pockets either, can only imagine.

They hung up on me when i asked how much it was to dry clean a wool jacket. wtf. I can't even begin to expect what kind of service these people have if that's their phone etiquette.

Moved into the neighbourhood, called to see what their prices were like and the woman could not have been more rude. Why bother going in? No idea. Telling the people around me? Good idea.
