Just the kind of cobbler's shop I grew up with. I needed a little help with a leather strap and he did it immediately for me - and then didn't charge me. Sure wish I lived closer so I could use the services regularly!

I deeply regret that I picked this store to fix my designer shoe! I used to go to a shoe repair store in Newton. This time I decided to support local business and brought several pairs of high-end designer shoes to repair. The result is shockingly disappointing! Photos can speak more than words. My shoes are ruined!! The leather was scuffed during the repair, glue marks a lot and very visible, the resole part was chopped poorly. If you have luxury designer shoes, DON’T BRING THEM here! I learned my lessons in the hardest way. And I was charged $30 per pair for the poor work!

I’ve been there a few times. First time I came was to fix my favorite heel: the platform was broken. After fixing, I thought the shoes would look new, but when bring it to them, they focus on fixing the problem. You would have to buy additional products from the store if you want the scuffs and stains to be taken out.Second time was bringing two pairs of heels for my mom. Our puppy gnawed the back of the heel. When I came back to receive it, we had to ask the owners if they could make the heels look identical. They’re excellent with fixing it, but making it look identical takes additional time!Each fixation per pair of shoes were $10. It’s a nice family business. Also, they love adorable pups! Brought my puppy there when we were on a walk, and the owners are friendly.
