OK Tire

The guys at OK Tire saved us! We were on our way to Vancouver from Calgary and hit a giant pot hole. Our tire was flat and thankfully OK Tire was 5 min away! They did not have our tire in stock, but called another shop that had one available. Although we had to wait a few hours until the tire arrived, they were able to change it quickly and we were able to continue our trip! Super thankful for the guys that assisted us that day. You guys rock! Highly recommend.

Stopped to ask if they could check our emgine light before going on the highway. Kevin was ready to help, very knowledgeable and solved our problem quickly!!! Now we can travel safely from Sicamous on to our destination.Highly recommend this business!!!

I have not really entered this place, but I was just outside of it. Small town shop, looks smaller in size than bigger cities shop. But, still it represents OK tire and its brand value. Person who picked up my call, was early available in shop, and picked up my call, right before the opening time of shop in morning.I was amazed and happy for this. He gave me right information, whatever I needed about my parts requirement. 4 stars for service I got, and that too before job starts. For customer service by staff.5 stars I kept for risk, because I didn't really went into shop.

Blew out a tire on my boat trailer coming out of Salmon Arm a couple weeks ago. My spare got me to OK tire in Sicamous where Steve and the guys in the back took great care of me. Quick, friendly service. got me everything I needed and only what I needed. Thanks for letting me store the trailer there for two weeks Steve while I finished my holiday. Very professional. Great customer service which is becoming rare.

My son and I were on our way to our cabin at Seymour Arm, pulling a tandem axle flatdeck loaded with 2 ATVs and metal roofing. I noticed that one of the tires was not holding air, and called OK Tire when we were at Revelstoke (about 45 minutes away) to see if they could squeeze us in. The owner Hank told me to stop in and he would get us on our way as soon as he could. Well, as soon as we pulled in, one of the technicians came out and repaired the faulty valve stem, and we were on our way in 20 minutes!! And the price was well less than I had expected! I can't thank the folks at OK Tire enough, as we still had a long trip ahead of us. I would highly recommend them to any traveler, or local, in need of excellent service. Thank You!!

Had a tire blowout on Highway one when traveling to Calgary. Vehicle was towed to OK Tires and they quickly fit me in, despite a busy workload. They replaced two front tires and me back on my way in about 30 minutes! Steve at the desk was really friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!

My father and I stopped in at the store at 5:25 PM to purchase an emergency trailer tire because we had just had a blow-out. The employee was otherwise engaged when we arrived, but said that he could look for the tire in the shop when he was done.The employee was finished his other job at 5:45 PM, at which point the manager instructed the employee to charge us a $150.00 after hours fee, on top of the cost of the replacement tire.I recognize that this is a business, and that we showed up 5 minutes to close, but I am very disappointed that we were charged the after hours rate when we arrived at the shop before closing.I would not recommend this business because they were so quick to charge a senior citizen, clearly in a desperate situation, such a large additional fee for an emergency tire.

I’m happy as a local repeat customer to bring my business here. Steve and Hank are great to deal with and even with our messed up Covid world they deliver excellent product and service. Previously I shopped all over for the best deal on tires and found that their price was on par with anywhere else. Why drive out of town when I can keep my business local.

Stephen provided superb customer service. On July 28, we found ourselves stranded in Sicamous, BC with a cut in one of our tire's sidewall which couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, a similar Michelin tire was not in stock and rather than trying a hard up-sell to replace 2 tires with a similar tread, Stephen put on our spare tire for us so that we could get to our final destination. He charged us a very fair price for this service which was appreciated. Thank you so much Stephen and OK Tire for your prompt service and looking after me, we are so grateful for all your help.

Super friendly, went the mile, and had our car back to us in a couple hours. We only asked for an oil change, and they lubed the locks as well as gave it a pretty good inspection. They smiled the whole way through and left us better than we started. All in all would go again if we didn't live 600kms away.
