This has got to be the most unorganized group of people I have ever come across. They seem like they don’t know what they’re doing, and that’s if they even bother working! The 3 day work week is a favourite, and when they do show up they seem to have no plan in mind at all, other than to leave a mess everywhere they go. The sheer unprofessionalism, scattered thinking, poor planning, and lack of rational thought is unmatched.

We have worked with Historia on several projects and their experience with old buildings and very complex construction projects is match by no others. Jeff and his team have an extensive list of spectacular restoration projects throughout the city and their quality of work is showcased on every project they complete.

They currently are shining flood lights into my apartment.If you are reading this Historia people of 18 mohawk road east, shut off the flood lights at night.Also for the sake of everyone involved could you also PLEASE WEAR YOUR SAFETY HARNESSES.You don't need another fall.

HISTORIA crew has been nothing but respectful and helpful in the restoration of the balconies at our building.The crew I have here are the best bunch of guys I.ve worked with in my four years as a superintendentThey are polite and always include me in there daily work to keep me posted on what is going on.If there is any problems I am the first to know.Yes the job is loud and dusty but that's not the crews fault it's part of the work they do.I would recommend HISTORIA 100 percent

This got to be the most unbelievable job very unorganized it’s been since sept till now and they seem like there going nowhere supposed to 6-8 weeks we are so inconvenient we’re caged in here stuff all over I could go on

18 mohawk rd east hamilton. No body answer the phone. They Dont care about tenants. They finished more than 3 months ago and we still can not use the parking lot because they leave equipment around. They are using this place as storage. NO RESPECT AT ALL.

Although I haven't had an old building to restore (..yet heehee), I know what Jeff and his team are capable of doing. Mr. Feswick, thank you for investing in Hamilton and making the Treble Hall come back to life! You are on my list of Hamilton Hero's ;)

Been waiting for our balcony to be put up for almost a year. These guys dont know what they're doing won't give you a straight answer when asked for a finish date. Very messy and scattered. Unprofessional. This has to be the most disorganized attempt at a job I've ever seen.

I'm a tenant at 40 Mohawk Rd. E. in Hamilton ( Michelle Place Apt's ). We had our balconies removed and replaced by this company a year ago. Now, at 18 Mohawk Rd. E., we have a different crew doing the work under the supervision of Brian. The guys that work under his supervision, are all curtious and helpful at all times. There is no bad language as there was with the first crew that did our building. It's been a pleasure watching them all work together to get the job at hand, done in a speedy & safe fashion. We all wish over here that we would of had Brian at he beginning of the job at our building and we would've had our balconies done long before now. Keep up the good work guys and thank you Brian for a job well done.

I live in an building restored" by this company. They are very slow to do things and the quality of work is extremely low. I wouldn't hire these people even if they would do the job for free."
