I dealt with Julie Rennick from the beginning of the application process right through to move in date! Julie and the entire management team has been absolutely fantastic and very responsive when having inquiries! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! My two girls and I absolutely love our new home!Thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do!!

not professional whatsoever, staff are rude and not reliable. careful, might tell you that you haven’t paid your rent when you have, with valid proof. not a good leasing company. i do not recommend!

The application process was very simple. Julie was very friendly and helpful as she answered all my questions and informed me on all the renovations taking place. She really made the whole process stress free. Moving in was quick and easy and the neighbours are very friendly. Newly renovated apartment looks great.

Have rented from them for just over a year now, took 8 months to repair a screen door that was on the rental agreement. Still have not received the privacy fencing that was in there. And They have decided not to complete repairs stating they will be selling the business.They completed exterior improvements" last summer that included making parking spots 1.5 feet under the minimum regulation size meaning that anything that isn't a small vehicle cant open both doors.I have never dealt with a rental company that is so unprofessional and has so much turnover that the person you are dealing with will change every time you call to remind them they still haven't completed the repairs.Edit : after calling the number provided I was promised to be be contacted the next day. I never received a call back from them but they did ask me to edit my review while saying someone would be in to complete the repairs ASAP I will update if they do.Update: Had the Technician Norman come in and change the dishwasher today

Ive lived in a Devcore owned unit for 6 years now and getting removed due to the low cost of my unit ( they want more money for doing little to no improvements)There are squirells inside the buildings walls and have been for over a year with little to nothing being done both preventitive and removal.Theyre being sold as condos to raise the price yet theyre not, they are dmall poor maintained apartments with mold in the walls and terrible electircal and antique plumbing.The doors leading to outside do not work as they lock and are unable to open...from the inside.Instead of renovating the parking lot they sprayed black paint in it to make it seem new.Same as the buildings exterior after replacing several broken bricks.So go ahead and spend 200k on a unit.But if you value your money you nay as well set it on fire as the entertainment from that would be worth more.

I've been renting from Devcore for 3 years now and it has been a positive experience so far. A few things had to be changed in the unit but I've received fast and efficient service from them.

I have rented from these people for over 10 years now.- Two years without heat in the apartment.- Taps in the kitchen has hole in it (Duct tape and wire holding it together)- Tap in bathroom pipe fell apart. (Can't use this)- Electrical wiring in one of the outlets is not attached to anything and is a fire hazard since moving in here.- It took 8 years to fixe all the missing bricks and falling apart bricks in outside wall. There is definite water damage to insulation- Damage to ceiling in unit due to fire caused by idiot falling asleep with smoke in his bed above me.- Flooring has not been correct since I moved in. It has bows in it from season to season (obviously not installed correctly).- It took seven repair visites to fix a leaky bathtub faucet.- Bathtub is shot and needs to be replaced- Wiring is sub-standard in the apartment. it often causes the breaker to throw, when trying to use microwave at same time as toaster...any two items ... breaker goes.- Here is the grand piece de la resistance ~ one of there so called competent workers ran into my third floor apartment with a forklift and it has made this unusable.- Their devcore.ca" email address server never seems to be able to be found.- Leave a voice mail
