Order was correct , only thing concerning was the manager was joking on how high a customer was going through the driveway thru. 1ST when he was heard over the speaker , then again after they served him at the window. Personally if staff thinks a driver is impared , should a call to the local police be in order ? Instead of Joke with fellow employees ?

The last dozen times I’ve been to this location have been nothing but horrible. 10 min wait times. Non English speaking or understanding employees. My order has been wrong. Avoid this location at all costs, unless you have exorbitant amount of time to waste.

Got a coffee in the drivethrough and employee passed my husband his coffee and the lid wasn't on. Spilled boiling hot coffee all over my husband's hand and clothing, his hand is still red. But that's ok because they gave him a new coffee for no charge! Customer service sucks at this location!

Staff are very hard-working. Drive-thru was crazy busy.If you are visiting from Toronto however, you will notice time slows down around Belleville.

I ordered two hazelnut coldbrews one with chobani cream and one with regular cream. The one with the Chobani tastes horrible nothing like I ordered and doesn’t even look right. I also ordered two maple bacon bagel belts one with extra cheese and one with extra egg. Neither of them came with the extra things I PAID EXTRA FOR!! Extremely disappointed, will not be ordering from this location again.

Quality of food is terrible , jam all over the bottom of my wrap box, sloppy wrap fell apart inside it's box ,..staff rushing and not paying attention to there doing CANNOT multi task as is required in a fast food establishment
