If i could give Mike & Vehicle Direct 100 Stars i would. Mike and his team treated me & my gf like family from day one before i even flew down to see the car in person. Not only was everyone professional but the showroom is beautiful & clean with some spectacular 1 of 1 Vehicles. I first heard of Mike when my close friend bought a Ferrari F360 about 7 Years ago, now 8 Years Later he made my dream come true on a low mileage one owner 2021 Audi R8 V10 Spyder which is very hard to come by. Bought my first supercar" off Vehicle Direct. Mike and the team really cared for me throughout the whole process. By "whole process" I mean years of working towards it. First they help me find a suitable car for me and my family and then another... and another. Each time I traded in the car and upgraded until I could afford my dream car I've wanted for years. We bought a Bronco Wildtrak from Mike. The transparency towards the pricing and business model was refreshing. Dave spent a lot of time with us showing the vehicle and talking to us very openly. Both Dave and Mike came across as being very genuine. They exhibited a great sense of pride in the business and we felt very comfortable in closing a deal with them as a result.

This entire group is amazing. Even if you buy a “cheaper” car from here these guys treat you like family, Mike, Bart & Dave have more than earned repeat business from me. What a great experience at Vehicle Direct Group. They provided me with a fair trade in value for my Audi S5 along with a steal price for my new Mercedes CLS 53 I purchased off of them. I have to hand it to Bart who took care of the preparation of my purchase by coordinating an oil change and safety along with a prestigious detail before delivering my car. Everything was fast and efficient and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Even though this place is full of exotic vehicles, the owner still made me feel like I was a Lamborghini customer and I appreciate his personality and style lol. What a boss!

I just purchased a second vehicle from Vehicle Direct (Nov. 2019) and I can not overstate how much Mike and his team went above an beyond in terms of service! They made sure the vehicle I purchased was absolutely of the highest quality and that I got an incredible deal in terms of value. They even made several trips out to my home to deliver the car and take my trade-ins. The first vehicle I purchased in 2011 and it was also an amazing experience. Mike is very honest and trustworthy and made sure I was aware of all aspects of the vehicle and he is always extremely responsive if any issues do arise. We had several discussions about which vehicles I should take a look at purchasing and he gave me a thorough and very knowledgeable opinion on each one. He is truly an expert at exotic vehicles. I highly recommend Vehicle Direct if you are looking to purchase a pre-owned high end vehicle.

Mike and his team are the absolute best. I have bought 5 cars from them in the last 5 years and each time I am amazed at their service level. Tip top. This is going to be a detailed review because I want everyone reading this to understand the integrity this team has. From out of province, I bought a used Tesla Model S from Vehicle Direct in late September (2022). I had been searching for a long time for one that was not outrageously overpriced. When I initially inquired about it, Mike called me right away to help with the details. He was friendly and professional and shared his philosophy about pricing and service and building a client base built on trust. Everybody's tried this marketing approach and it usually ends up as an empty ploy but I started to feel like Mike had something remarkable was going on here so we haggled in a respectful way and the price was right.Mike and Bart and team were preparing the car for me so I could fly into Toronto and pick it up and drive it back home but, during the safety inspection, they discovered the brake rotors needed replacing. Mike calmly and fully disclosed the issue and said he would take care of it either on site if time permitted or financially if not. Here's the kicker - he was true to his word (!) and sent the agreed budget $$ promptly, AFTER the purchase was complete, I was home, and he already had my money. Also, on delivery day, during the detailer's cleaning and inspection, a crack was found in the roof glass. No one tried to hide this, they provided full disclosure again. The sale was already complete. Mike and Bart (awesome guy too) asked me for a week to figure out how it was missed, if the original owner didn't see it either or file an insurance claim on it, where they could fix it, and how to do it where I lived so I could leave on time.I got the car home, gave the gentlemen a couple of weeks to sort things out, and, when they learned they couldn't arrange service in my hometown, they sent an appropriate amount of money for me to get it done on my own time. These were hidden, tricky things to discover. Only the detailer found the hairline crack , I wouldn't have seen that in a photo or even when I picked up the car, it is near invisible until you get into the back seat in the right lighting. I love the fact that everyone stayed calm, Mike and Bart consistently did the right thing, and even shuttled me around to help me get a travel permit with their contact at the ministry office.I HIGHLY recommend this business. Even their friendly IT/marketing guy was a pleasure to talk to as he loves cars too - Mike surrounds himself with a great team that aren't there to rip you off - just to make a fair sale.
