I'm updating the review. The owner herself called me and apologized for the inconveniences that they caused. It was very lovely to actually receive the response and know that they care about their clients.There was no pre arranged delivery and I had to run around to find where the delivery person was on the premises of the building I was in. We have many doors to the outside and it was not easy to find her. And also I was in the middle of the class that I was attending. This delivery person said she can't move because she parked her car at non parking spot and can't leave the car. If she had contacted me before she left her place and arranged exact place and time, this would not have happened.

Shannon was so pleasant and extremely helpful when I wanted to customize slightly. The recipients marveled at the basket when it was received! It was very well received! I live in Ontario and needed to use an online gift basket company in Calgary who could make a delivery to the Peter Lougheed Hospital. After googling I found Baskets & Beyond, which had not only excellent reviews, but a very good website. It seemed like there was a better selection and higher end items - varied chocolate /sweet treats, crackers, chips, pretzels, cheeses, nuts, pepperoni or beef jerky pacs, and jars/mixes of dips or spreads and much more. When I emailed and phoned, I received a very quick response to both. I chose to talk in person, as my recipient is a gourmet cook with particular tastes, therefore, I needed to customize the items. Shannon was absolutely amazing - patient, flexible, helpful in making choices that were suitable and fit the budget. She offered to include a magazine, word search or cards if that would be of interest. Furthermore, she sent me a couple of photos to help me see the presentation. Payment of the bill was so easy and clear with a link in her final email. Right from the start there was an sense of trust and willingness to please. I will definitely be using Shannon's business again and spreading the word about my positive, warm experience. Thanks so much, Shannon, for your high standard of doing business and serving others.

Placed an order the morning at 11 AM. Gift basket was delivered to my place at 12:45 PM. So pleased and very impressed with the service. Absolutely amazing service, and great gift basket! Thank you :)

I ordered a basket at 8PM one night from Houston and it was delivered before noon the next day to my mom in Calgary. The basket was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
