This drink includes slices of apples and oranges with fresh passion fruit juice! However, it was a bit too sweet in my opinion, so I'd take it with 50% sugar next time.

Lady working was friendly. Their mango pomelo sago slush was out of this world. It is quite the treat and I would 100% order this again.

Great location just off the highway and close to a major mall with plenty of parking out back. Inside was quite spacious and drinks were made fairly quickly. I highly recommend getting the mango pomelo sago - best find of 2021

This location used to be my go to yifang in area. I have ordered from here by uber, walking for 2 years. The orders have always been 100% perfect. This time was really bad. i Ordered sugar cane jade tea and by the moment i saw the color of the drink, i knew something was off. It tasted literally like sugar tea, no sugar cane flavor at all.I think the barista is new because i never see him before.

Not sure why this place has such less good reviews.I've been here a couple times and I've received great service. The interior is cute, woodsy and cozy. It feels more authentic than the typical chain store interior design you see everywhere.The drinks are unique with decent flavour options without being too overwhelming. Some places water down their teas but this place does it very well with great flavour!My favorite has been the Orange Fruit Tea, Roselle, and currently I'm sipping on a cold Peach Tea which Im enjoying.I would recommend them to upgrade their signage to be more visible. I think the location and signage is affecting the traffic of this place.

Spacious bright-lit interior with lots of seating, friendly staff, and a great selection of drinks! I had their black sugar pearl milk which wasn’t as sweet as the other ones I’ve had, but still really enjoyed!

My friend ordered a drink with tapioca, drink came without tapioca, which is fine, we went back to ask for it to be redone.Without apologizing, the employee just popped open the drink haphazardly and added some tapioca in...and take a look at the drink, it's like milk gone bad...How hard is it to correct a simple honest mistake?I'm glad I didn't order from this place.*Edit - as you can see from the response. Zero focus on customer service...

Best place for the summer (well all year round too) !! The Yifang House Tea and Pineapple Green Tea are the best pick-me ups and so refreshing every time. The Brown Sugar Pearl Tea and Matcha Milk Tea are especially amazing too!!! The guy is always friendly and the atmosphere is very calming, much love !
