The fruit tray was delivered close to the end of the day. It looked exactly as it was shown in the picture. Can’t say anything about the quality because I didn’t eat them. But our friend were happy!Wished I could set the time of delivery or I could be informed what time the delivery was going to happen.

I sent a birthday cake to my daughter through Edible Arrangements. It was the only way I could “be with her” on her 30th birthday. Ordering was easy. Delivery was efficient and timely. And the cake, according to my daughter was absolutely decadent! What a great service! Highly recommended!

I was told the fruit and cookies delivered, were really great. I had no issues with the order at all, and the location even gave me a status update on delivery when I called in the morning. I have no issues ordering from here again. Used the Gateway Boulevard location.

Very disappointed loyal customer and will never order from this company again. Ordered online Wednesday night to be delivered next day. Instructions were to phone before delivery to make sure she would be home. No messages were ever left with my mom. Curious if my mom would’ve got her Mother’s gift if I didn’t follow up Saturday. To top it off the wilted flowers were a disgrace for $160. Bouquet and chocolate gift bundle was a total rip off, buyer beware!……..Thanks for reply back but I think you are confused. I had to make the call to you Saturday at 9:03 and my mom ended up picking up her sad flowers herself.

Terrible experience. My order was placed as a pickup and then was supposed to have been changed to a delivery. Rep calls me the day of delivery asking for additional money because the system never changed it from pickup to delivery or else it won't be delivered. To which I respond, no, the previous rep assured me 3 days ago that my all in price was 'x'. After some back and forth the manager finally agrees to have it delivered for the originally agreed upon price. Problem solved right? WRONG. 1 day later I receive an email So Sorry! Your order was undeliverable". What terrible service

I have order from here twice now always have been very very helpful. My daughter lives in Wetastiwin Alberta and myself in Ontario . This helps celebrate birthdays from a great distance away and always bring a smile to everyone's faces. My grand children will be enjoying this treat in a healthy creative way. I fully recommend no complaints
