I had the lucky experience of connecting with Summer when she first started her photography journey. From the moment I reached out to her she was kind and friendly answering all of my questions as I had never done a photography shoot before. The first shoot we did together was a couples shoot that captured our relationship so perfectly. She guided us through posing and helped us relax in front of the camera the entire session. These pictures are now displayed in the entryway of our home. Since that session, Summer has done a pumpkin patch session, a winter mini session and a surprise bridesmaid proposal session for me. Each time she came with a great attitude and was fully prepared to capture my memories. She does a great job of making you laugh and is such a genuine human being. She commits to sending her clients her best quality work at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend a photography session with Summer to anyone looking to capture their memories!

We hired Summer to do some graduation photos back in the summertime and she did a really great job so we decided to do a fall mini session with her. It was a huge mistake.I am not sure what changed in her behaviour towards us from the summer to fall but it was drastic and so rude. Perhaps she is overworked or has taken on too much but you shouldn’t be taking that out on your clients. Even in our correspondence with her prior to, at the photos and after the photos it was extremely unprofessional. Posting on my personal Facebook page and her Facebook page clearly directed at me and our photos we were waiting for, passive aggressive attitude isn’t good customer service.She didn’t tell us ahead of time that it would be a 6 weeks turnaround time for photos which is an awfully long time, she apparently told us at the photoshoot as we were walking out, once the shoot was already over but as it was not in any correspondence or emails about the shoot it was not apparent to us before booking that the timeline was 6 weeks. Complete lack of communication on her part.We sent messages following up after a month when we hadn’t received the photos, our messages went largely ignored until finally she replied saying that our messages were purposefully being ignored since our session was over. We were told to expect them no sooner than 6 weeks and she emailed them at 11pm on the 6th week day. When I had told her we had plans for the photos and it would’ve been nice to know that it was a long turnaround time as we wouldn’t have booked with her again we were met by rude responses.If Summer didn’t want to service our family again for whatever reason and we gave her no reason to, we paid promptly for all our sessions with her and always had treated her with respect and kindness then she should’ve said so instead of taking our money, doing a poor job on the photos, a poor job editing them and being rude and unprofessional in her conduct.It is definitely not a place I would recommend if you are wanting quality photos of your family. Even the edits I asked for in our chosen photos AND paid extra for extra photos were done poorly and look like I edited them. Our son is missing part of his head in one photo because she edited poorly. She spent 6 weeks sending us largely unedited photos then after choosing our photos only spent less than 5 minutes editing them which is not quality work.Overall we are extremely disappointed in the photos, most of them were not well done, were awkward or messy looking, she definitely didn’t know what she was doing to get good photos of our large family. The few we did choose were alright but the editing was poor and the customer service was horrendous.We ended up cancelling our Santa photos because I just couldn’t bear giving her anymore money or time to get poor photos and poor customer service back in return.Please trust your precious family photos to someone else that will treat your family with respect, kindness and will do the best job in both taking photos and editing them. A picture is worth a lifetime of memories and we can’t get them replaced as each day the little ones grow bigger! If you are spending lots of money on photos, then invest in someone else who will give you the quality for your money.Edit to your reply:I wasn’t going to say anything but after getting messages from friends saying you were airing everything on your social media I needed to address your unprofessionalism. I never publicly humiliated you, I posted an honest review to your page. You didn’t stand up for yourself you publicly smeared me on your instagram, my personal Facebook page and your Facebook page to which people were messaging me at how unprofessional you were to do that to me and our family. You need to treat people with respect and not air things on social media.

Summer is an absolutely amazing photographer. She blows expectations out of the water not only with her photos but her professionalism and personality. I highly recommend summer or any photos in your future

Summer is incredible and very personable. She makes you feel so relaxed during your photos and if your nervous about posing or not sure what to do, she helps along with that process as well! Her work is amazing and I had a great time getting my pictures taken.

Summer was incredibly generous and donated a session for a cancer auction I ran this past year. I was with the recipient when they received their photos and they were truly stunning! She is so incredibly kind and that is all I have heard from her clients as well. I have also worked with summer on styled shoots and she always does an incredible job capturing the beauty in everything. I personally can’t wait to have photos captured by her!

Summer did an amazing job with making us feel comfortable during our photo session while she was taking photos, her editing style perfectly matched what we love, and we had an all around good time. Lots of laughs were had and the pictures delivered were fantastic.

We found Summer over Instagram when I was looking for a photographer to capture our first family photos with our newborn. She was so patient with us and allowed us to feed during our time slot to ensure our little guy stayed in a good mood! Being only 8 weeks postpartum I wasn’t feeling the most confident - but I was so happy with the gallery of photos given to us that it was hard to choose a favourite! We will definitely reach out again for future family photo sessions!

I cannot express enough how great it was to work with Summer for our engagement photos.From the very beginning Summer has been professional and transparent about the entire process.She communicated with us leading up to our session and just before to really capture the aesthetic we wanted.At our session, we were informed that all galleries would be roughly 6 weeks for turn around.On days when our excitement would have us eagerly waiting with anticipation, we could always check her social media for updates on the editing que.We are so IN LOVE with our gallery and cannot thank Summer enough for truly capturing us!We can’t wait until she shoots our wedding day ♥️

I was one of summers first photography clients. She is so lovely. I love her style and her professionalism is top notch. Summer works really hard to make her clients happy and I would personally take waiting 6 weeks for photos that I love than photos that are rushed. I have seven kids and she is always so fantastic with them. She’s patient and has fun with them to try and get the best most natural pictures. We love you summer! ❤️
