The Gym

Pros :* Convenient location- In the community centre, Has a steam room , showers*Variety of gym equipment*Most group classes included in the membership price and most of them offer a great workout with the trainers* Has a walking/running track upstairsCons:* Not the cheapest despite being a community centre - virtually pay almost the same for a big chain gym* No private studio space accessible in between classes unless you're in a group class - only space for two people to stretch at a time maximum in a little corner upstairs by the track* Shower-Heads are inconvenient(Womens bathroom) - have to keep pressing the button every 30 secs for the water to keep flowing so forget washing long hair in there unless you have at least 2 hours to spare...* No TRX Bands available for personal workout use - supposedly only accessible with a trainer present during a class ?!* Studio space downstairs is small for their class size, either they need to limit the amount of people in classes or have most classes upstairs.

Clean facility, new equipment, friendly and helpful staff that are always engaging in conversation getting to know build a relationship with everyone. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nice quiet place to workout with a lot of support.

Good looking place. Good looking people. A little pricy but worth it cause they have alot of classes and equipment. I recommend going if you're in the area

Facility is really good. Great equipments. Friendly staff. Look out on website for classes and training they provide for gym, yoga etc.

Wrong hours online. It says open until 9:00pm on Saturday and they were closed at 7:30pm. They should update their hours regularly.

The staff if really helpful, maintain the place really well.

Really nice and clean ,staff is excellent and very polite. You can feel they are there for help .The Gym has all equipments you need and marvelous swimming pool views

The staff members are too nice and the trainer who gave us gym tour is so nice and give every information which I was good to know. Tha gym is clean and sanitized
