not bad only thing i didn’t like was the fact i asked for acrylic but they gave me bio gel & didn’t tell me that until the lady did my nails and said “we don’t have acrylic” when i asked why she was doing bio gel. i don’t like bio gel cause my nails are really sensitive & it hurts. the lady who did my nails weren’t bad just my thumb was uneven but , i was charged a extra $10 for french tip which is weird i’ve never experienced that. in total i paid $85 including tip.

Very disappointed. Got a regular pedicure and manicure for vacation. The next day while I was leaving I noticed the colour on my nails were chipping one by one. I was being careful too. Unfortunately I had no time to go fix them so now I’m on vacation with all my nails chipped..if I knew they wouldn’t even last 24 hrs I would have done them at home.

Tammy did an excellent job. Worked with me in finding solutions to my design. Top tier nail artist and service. I was getting compliments left right and center. Thank you so much!!!

Always always a good time with Lilly and Tiffany! The attention to detail and costumer service I received each time for both techs is outstanding, thanks guys for always making me happy at the end of my appointments!

Best nail place in town. The staff is amazing and service is great. You always leave this place happy because the staff cares about your preference.

Don’t come here expecting a spa/pamper treatment, it’s a no-frills, low quality and crowded place for when you’re at the mall and want to do your nails (at least that’s what’s like during weekends when I went). If the fish market ambiance not matching the high price point was not enough, then their low quality work makes up for that. The cuticle work was subpar and minimal. No sleek polish application either because of the below average cuticle work some nails looked very funny. On top of all that, my nails started chipping less than a week later and my shellac pedicure completely went off despite choosing an OPI shellac. Wont be back.Response to owner:I cannot understand any of the gibberish you wrote. My appointment was for a shellac manicure and pedicure, you made my nails look awful despite that. I don't understand why this rudeness when all I did was comment about the work and my experience. Trash.

This was one the worst experiences I had for a nail service. I did shellac manicure at this place and after 4-5 days that’s what happened to my nails. All of them were about to be removed. I went to the place and after I explained there was a guy who behaved so rudely and all he said was “we are fully booked today what time you can come tomorrow we take a look at it!”. Not even an apology for this low quality! The day after I went there and I was still so mad that I preferred to remove my whole shellac. That’s the way they removed everything and that’s how it looks! The front desk person even wanted to charge me for this shellac removal and after I reminded him the situation he said “ok we do it for you for free.”Very very disappointing service! I don’t recommend this place and will never visit again!

Have been coming here since they opened. Get my gel nails refilled and pedicures done here regularly. Love this place, it’s very welcoming. I usually get my nails done by Lily or Tiffany and they both do an amazing job!

Come here a few times and i would say Julie is the best nail tech that everyone is looking for. Very professional, and gives honest recommendations that suit your nails. I love my nails every time i see her. Amazing job!

Lilly is the best; not all the women uses the same technique so no guarantee that you will get same quality as Lilly provide. I am always happy with her as she take it seriously and is always professional. I have been their customer since they open the store at Fairview Mall location
