Out of the Williams cafe this is the one with a limited variety of goodies and the service is not the best. We went there yesterday and as we were ordering, the lady at the cash register told us: “We are closing in 15 minutes and at that time I need to put all dishes in the dishwasher”. It was unnecessarily rude for her to make that comment. The other Williams are much better options

It’s my favorite place to go, enjoy their drink and food.BUT!!! It’s ends now. I don’t think this is good for customers’ experience. I don’t know if it is the drink standards changed, or your staff don’t have good and enough training. Totally ruined my favorite drink.I bought London Fog, this is the original look!Where’s the other half part of my drink? Is this a fraud?You lost one customer now. If it still happen again to others, you might also lose them.

Loved their bagels. The gingerbread latte was delicious too. But the man at the front cashier was so rude that I don’t want to visit this branch again.

Coffee was excellent tasty , fast and friendly service. Pastries need improvement and reduction in price. Enough parking but not so well maintained interior very tight space

The frappes were very good. If you like caramel flavor maple caramel frappe is a must try. Also tried chicken pesto panini which tasted fine maybe bcz it was late in the evening it did not taste very fresh.Overall a good cafe with variety of flavors for coffee.

Good food.Good selection.Quick service.Reasonable prices.I was more than pleasantly surprised to stumble on this restaurant slash coffee chain.I have been to dozens of coffee joints and I really enjoyed the overall experience.Great place.

Visited about 2-3 weeks ago. We planned to meet here for a meal but saw limited info on dining in, so I took a gamble knowing that they do have seating. The food was great as always which was the only redeeming factor. I was legitimately floored by the unwelcoming staff. It came across as if we were an inconvenience the second we were in the door. She continually made remarks they were closing soon in a condescending tone. We were nothing but nice but felt like we were trespassing - and this was all after giving her a tip. We cut our night out here short because they closed the store an hour before close listed online. I won’t return to this location.

RUDEEEEEE!!!! went there on a Saturday and the cashier was so disgustingly rude I got out of there within the minute. I saw bad reviews before going in about service although I am not one who needs great service. This lady made me and everyone I was with very uncomfortable with how rude she was. We asked for a table and she treated me as if she was above and beyond me. I never expect a cashier to even smile at or do anything besides give me a table take my order and have me pay my bill but this lady was something else and the diner was empty and she was reluctant to give us a table and at a certain point I realised I do not want my family around these negative vibes. There are several reviews about poor service although nothing seems to be changing…..

After reading several terrible reviews about the service at this diner, I decided to still give it a chance, and oh boy did I regret doing that. I came in with an open mind and a hungry tummy. The young lady at cash stared coldly at my friend and I we walked in. Usually, a smile or even a “hello” would be the usual greeting one would receive when walking into an empty room. We walked up to cash and asked if we could have a table (not aware that we have to order up front). After ignoring our greeting, she started at us for a few seconds before rudely saying “you know you have to pay first right?” My friend and I instantly got a gut wrenching feeling - SO UNWELCOMING AND DISRESPECTFUL. We politely said we would look at the menu and let her know when we were ready. We left. It was so disturbing being treated this way after having read all of the reviews. There was not a second thought about staying as such an atmosphere is blatantly off putting. The customer service is simply terrible granted that I now can confirm all of the other reviews under this location. I would not recommend coming here, unless you want your day ruined by rude employees!I visited this location on April 12th, 2023 at 7:15pm.
