Being able to change and adjust the rating is why 4 stars; I am still in works with them, and Guy is doing very well for us. He has been informative and seems to be working with us at a pace dictated by our current situation which is neither bolstering or hindering. The boasted go getter attitude and the ratings by other gives me hope for a wonderful transaction and working situation with this firm.

After several attempts to contact this company with no reply from them re a MLS listing in Cobalt, Ontario i felt the need to post a review.They have a posting of a home in Cobalt, Ontario on the MLS (even though they are in Sudbury Ontario, 2h 45m away) that list the house as all brick" clearly it is NOT
