Roda was amazing. I don’t like my hair long and thick and she made me fall Inlove with my hair again. She did an amazing service gave me a nice massage and took very good care of me. Her instructors were amazing as well kept checking up on her making she she was good ! I will definitely be back there to see rodes :);)10/10 service !

10/10 Kaitlyn did a fantastic job on my cut. I received EXACTLY what it wanted, it's the perfect length and style. It was also a very enjoyable experience, from the hot oil massage (omg heavenly!) to the enjoyable shampoo and conditioning to the cut itself. I've never had such a gentle, considerate cut. Most stylists just grab and pull your hair out like they're working on a doll and not a real person with, y'know, working pain receptors. I actually mentioned that I couldn't even tell she was cutting my hair! I was also allowed to hold my head at a natural and comfortable position at all times, instead of being tilted for too long or at too hard an angle. Plus I was politely and gently asked to move my head when necessary, instead of just being firmly shoved into place like some stylists.Kaitlyn was also very respectful of my lack of chattiness. We spoke about various things, of course, but I wasn't in a very talkative mood and she didn't try to force it, which I appreciate.Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience, and I absolutely intend to come back (and book Kaitlyn again, if possible!)

I was initially overwhelmed by sounds and smells when I walked in... this is a very busy location. That said, the staff and students were wonderful and helpful. My sensory overload melted away. My student stylist Alanna was FABULOUS! She was helpful, patient and thorough. Her instructors were doting and knowledgeable. I walked out feeling refreshed and fancy. Thank you Aveda.

Great experience. My first time visiting this salon. Jullie did an amazing job, I showed her the picture of the desired haircut, she confirmed a few more details and did her magic. I'm very happy with my fresh cut.Very convenient that I could book an appointment online and chose the stylist and see the approximate price for the service.

John was very attentive and professional. I thought he took my considerations into account but also was professional enough to say that I realistically couldn't get the blond I wanted on my first go. Which is good because I have had hairdressers in the past who are not honest. He gave me Partial highlights and I love the highlights and colour. I am excited to see John in the future and go blonder

The hairstylist I had - Ana - was a new student, but she did a fantastic job on my color service! I have dark hair that is hard to lift, but she managed to get not only a bright lift, but a beautiful tone and color on top. She was super friendly and kind. The prices are also great and definitely worth it!

I think this was my best visit yet! I was in for my first ever professional color treatment for highlights and Sonia was wonderful!
