I went in to find a new mattress for my daughter. I was helped right away and there were lot's of options, all well priced. I picked a mattress in a few minutes and he helped me load the mattress into my van! I will definitely be returning when I need a new mattress for myself. Thanks for the great service.

It's not my first time buying a mattress from Worldwide Mattress Outlet. Their prices are always reasonable, and the service is always outstanding. They encourage you to shop around, so as to compare the quality and prices. How succinctly wonderful that is for all prospective customers. They gave us a written quote previously, so we returned four days later asked if the quote was still valid. They said absolutely, we were thrilled. The bed is a dream to sleep on, back and hip pain is gone, gone!!

We needed a mattress and did not have a week to wait. Went to a few stores and we were told they did not have the one we wanted in stocks we would have to order and wait. Came to Worldwide and there was stock and a variety of mattress and price ranges. The staff were wonderful. Friendly, informative and willing to help. They delivered that day with no problems. Would highly recommend this company.

Pierre's professionalism and expertise on WMO was amazing. We needed a particular sort of mattress for my husbands back issues and Pierre knew exactly which one would suit our needs. I went in looking for a box spring. I gave them my budget and they worked with me to find something affordable. They also worked with me and didn't give me an hassle when I needed to delay pick up for almost a week. I'd definitely go back. Great service!

I contacted the store 15 minutes before their closing time on a Friday night, desperately needing a mattress for my 73yr old mother. Not only did Pierre wait for me to arrive, but by 7:15 pm that evening (1 hr from the time I contacted the store) a new mattress, box spring and bed frame was delivered to my mom’s new home. What a grateful ending to a stressful day. Thank you Pierre- Chatham location. Your compassion went over and above anything I could have imagined. My mom will sleep well tonight!
