Canadian Tire

This location is much larger then anticipated but I was able to find what I was looking for at a decent sale price.

Great store. I picked up a weather proof mail box, and noticed all the plants and patio furniture already in store.Super friendly cashier..

We were looking for screws to which we had no clue about the measurements( it was for a bed) and the manager Jamie provided very Profesional service, he's patient and great with customer service. We did not found what we were looking for though but he did not miss to provide alternate solution.

I called for a quote for new winter rated all season tires for my car and Mike in service and Jessie in parts got me some stellar tires at a reasonable price. I told them I wanted tires that would be safe for winter driving with my small kids. They went above and beyond by letting me know when the tires would be on sale so I could take advantage of the sale and making sure they would meet my safety concernedWhen my friend needed tires I told him to call Canadian Tire and Keenan spent the time to talk to him and find him the best deal, warranty, and Tire requirements for his truck which was greatly appreciated as he's a student that needed to drive to Nanaimo for school when one of his tires failed.I haven't personally had any other automotive services performed at Canadian Tire's auto service center but from my experiences so far the staff have really worked with me and what I'm looking for, been accommodating, friendly, and caring. Ian, Larry, and Peter are also always kind and help explain things when answering questions I have since I know nothing about tires! The auto service team at Courtenay Canadian Tire rocks!

Staff is friendly, well knowledgeable, and helpful. Store well laid out, easy to find what I'm looking for, especially with the online app. And good deals are always available.

We’ve shopped here a lot and have had great experiences, but today was extra great. Special shout out to Holly from customer service. She was kind, patient and creative in helping me with a difficult return/exchange.

No dogs allowed?!?! This is the only location that doesn’t allow dogs. The greeter seemed overjoyed to educate me on this policy so no point arguing with that. Sad to see they operate like this and frustrating when I can’t leave my dog in the car in 30C+ weather temperatures.

We came in trying to organize a party. I had maybe " left things a little last minute... Maybe.Anyways the staff there were amazing and helpful and just great human beings.I can't say enough good things about how much that change our day and my daughter's birthdayThanks again!"

Went to find a lock for my son, although many different bike lock options, it is limited in brand selection. Clean, well organized, with many unadvertised specials. Very fast check-out service with almost all tills open and manned!!
