I love starbucks but this will be my last time going to the one in Bridgewater… they were out of everything, super slow and couldn’t get my two drinks right. I waited 30 minutes for my drinks and they didn’t make either of them right

When I ordered my drink with extra oat milk with less ice, this is what I received and it doesn't even taste like the drink I ordered. I really appreciate if staff pays more attention on the customers order.

Absolutely horrible service.No one is trained properly, I have to explain how to make my drinks even though they're the base ones on the menu. You wait forever. And every drink I order they tell me they made it wrong and ask if I want it corrected or not.

The workers at this starbucks are amazing. When I went in the other day, they only had one barista, Dani, and she was working through orders at lightening speed. Everytime I go here, the staff are friendly, kind, and full of smiles. A wonderful atmosohere.

I've been drinking at Starbucks for over 10 years and today was the first time I was told I could not have a decaf frappuccino. Even though I've been drinking them for over 10 years. But the person waiting on us pulled the manager card and rudely told us that she's the manager and she knows what she can and cannot do. Terrible customer service for a newly opened store front. Not representing Starbucks well. It's unfortunate.

Stopped in for a coffee and was so impressed by the service from Dani. She was friendly , helpful, and intent on making me the perfect coffee . I wish all customer service was like hers. Thanks Dani!!

I love starbucks, but this location has some flaws. Certain employees cannot make drinks and everytime I go, the same drink tastes and costs different.Lines are never too long, so that's a bonus.
