I don't normally post reviews for shops I order books from through Amazon. However, this store stood out. The book I ordered came very quickly and packaged with extra care. The book is in pristine condition and there was a nice note from the sellers inside. I would definitely recommend this family-owned bookstore.

I have been going to this store for the past 2 years, and I plan to no longer support this business.Within the past 6 months, their prices have became rip offs.I was thrilled to see they were doing a Christmas sale (buy 1, get one half off everything" in the store) before lockdown to get some items I have wanted for a while at a decent price

I ordered a Funko Pop to central Alberta and the packaging was AMAZING. Bubble wrapped and even cut some extra to fit in the bottom to leave the pop perfectly floating in the middle. They put my pop in a free pop protector also. I'll definitely be ordering more stuff from this store. Thank you for caring about the customers orders so much, even for a simple pop figure.

Amazing Amazing Amazing company!!! I am so happy that I got to support a local Canadian pop shop! Also the packaging was impeccable and everything came in mint condition despite Canada post throwing the box around. This was my first time ordering but it definitely won’t be my last!:)

The holy grail of shipping. Wow! The pops were in protectors, had bubble wrap, and had hard edge corners on inside the box. I am very impressed and can’t wait to order more from this store! Bravo.

Visited the booth at Limited Edition Fan Expo 2021. They had a Kirito figure stickered at $40, where others were stickered $45. My fiancee went to purchase it, while I was looking at the other end of the booth. The staff said it's $45, which she replied it says $40 as the sticker says and she purchased it without complaint even though they didn't honor their own pricing sticker. My issue here is that, it is clearly tagged $40 and you ripped someone off for $5 dollars. That's pretty petty of your company. I emailed to let you know that it was not nice of you to do that and it went ignored. So a review it is.

Just discovered this shop, and it's awesome. I had been looking for authentic S.H. Figuarts Body Kun and Body Chan for ages, and The Labyrinth Store came through. They were sold at a reasonable price (cheaper than importing from Japan!), the figurines were packaged incredibly well with care, and as a bonus they arrived earlier than the delivery ETA. I'll be buying from them again for sure, highly recommended.

I was able to locate a not-so-common book through them and one of the owners, Dan was very kind and accomodating! He went out of his so way so that I could pick up my order directly from him which was greatly appreciated! Great experience and I look forward to buying more books from them in the future.
