Updated: Nice staff to speak with and I managed to have a one on one with the owner. Being a new hot tub owner, I feel like I finally got a good understanding of how the chemicals work speaking with Debbie. When I first visited Beachcomber Cobourg , I was lost and did not know what to do. I was frustrated cause I felt like I kept buying products with little instruction on how to use them so I originally wrote a three star review. After reading Debbie's reply to my review, she wrote back and wanted to correct my shopping experience. I visited the shop and managed to speak with her about the issues with my hot tub. Even though she was unhappy with my original review, she still managed to educate and reassure me that they are there to help. Thank you for your help today.

Fabulous service, amazing quality…. What more can I say?

My husband and I went to Mazdak Leisure & Beachcomber Hot Tubs Cobourg to look for our first hot tub. After staying at an Air-bnb a few weeks earlier I realized that I needed a hot tub to relieve the symptoms of my diagnoses of Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The benefits from hydrotherapy and heat from the hot tub worked wonders on my daily pain. Prior to owning a hot tub I needed to have a hot bath daily to relieve the pain in my joints and muscles. Once having a hot tub I quickly realized that there was no going back to a regular hot bath. After 2 cycles of jets on the body and 1 cycle on my feet and ankles, my body is completely relaxed and therefore joints and muscles are relaxed enough for me to be able to sleep. Since getting our hot tub from Beachcombers I have had many pain free full nights of sleep. Best purchase I ever made! Definitely was a game changer in dealing with daily pain!I would 100% recommend this store if you are looking for a hot tub or you just want to inquire about them. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I recently needed a service call for our hot tub. Their response was quick and they had my tub running quickly. VERY honest and fair to deal with. I will definitely call them again.

Looks like an interesting place. Odd assortment of stuff here. Expected a hot tub shop, but there were only two tubs, and not much information available about any others. Might have been better had someone actually acknowledged us and asked if we needed any help before we walked out.

We are new hot tub owners and very inexperienced but Debbie has been so helpful with our purchase! She was great to deal with when we first visited to look at tubs and her son did an excellent and thorough install at our house. They are continuously providing us with helpful information on the chemicals and what works best for our tub and are always available when we have a question. It's customer service like this that is missing from so many businesses. We are so HAPPY we went with Beachcombers in Cobourg. :)
