SunPark Mountview Residences

Up until a few years ago it was a affordable place to live.now they are just stealing pension money from the elderly.lot rent has gone up every year for the past few years twenty or thirty bucks now they want $150.00 during a pandemic..to fill thar pockets.

Our son, who lived at Mountview, died, and I have never met a more empathetic, kind and helpful person than the manager, Sherry. Kudos to the park for hiring her.

Low rent. Half that of Penbrooke Heritage Estates. Excellent prompt snow removal. Chain link fence. Playground. Has Security after 9 pm. Not owned by Brian Sidorsky. Yearly garage sale ! Sidewalks cleared outside of fence. Transit buses 305,45,126.

Maybe now that a REIT has bought Mountain View will get involved with the protests next door. Same situation, bought out by a corporation who has cut services and raised the pad rent to $1130 a month which has tanked our mobile home prices.Get out while you can, the higher your pad rent the lower your home is worth.

Its getting way to expensive to live here. Its completely outrageous.

I live here its quiet clean well maintained now if google maps would actually calibrate properly it would get my home right

Very dissapointed in this place. Was about to buy a home here so i went to the office in the park where the manager is. She. Was very rude from the get go.. Old grumppy lady!! I would never move to this park!!

Sherry is the trailer park manager and she is absolutely awful. She is rude and unhelpful. My deepest sympathies go out to anyone forced to deal with her. She is in charge of sending out property tax information to the city when a trailer is sold but she will not do it. My guess is she's probably too busy eating bonbons. New greedy company has purchased the park. They have dramatically increased lot rent and introduced a contract full of ridiculous terms most of the home owners here can't meet. If you try to sell your home they make it almost impossible going so far as to require criminal background checks on new buyers (which is illegal under PIPA). They also take forever to do mandatory inspections and the other insane hoops they require for the sale of your home.
