Berry was fantastic and friendly. Fixed my windshield chip and handled the ICBC claim on my behalf! It was quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely return if necessary in the future.

My partner and I showed up basically at close due to unforeseen circumstances, and Barry was incredibly kind, and willing to stay open a little later for us just to ensure we could get our wipers dealt with before the rain. He was so incredibly helpful, and we cannot recommend this business enough, especially Barry!

Took my new car in for a rock chip repair. Was pleased to learn that the repair is now covered by ICBC, and didn't cost me anything. The lady managing the office was very nice and friendly. She booked my appointment, and then on my appointment date she was there again. Staff were all very friendly and professional. The tech that did the rock chip repair did a nice job and it looks way better than it did before. I am quite impressed. wait time was reasonable. My car was clean after, no dirty fingerprints. We have a lot of choice for rock chip repair in town, but I chose Broco because I knew they do great work.

The seal on my windshield came loose prompting me to visit Broco Glass. From that point onwards the service I received from Barry was exemplary. Barry carried out a temporary repair on the spot and ordered the necessary parts. He called the next day to let me know how long it would be. Once the part was available he called again to schedule an appointment. At the agreed time I arrived to find Barry waiting and ready to affect the repair. The repair was completed on time and the car was clean and ready.In these times of short staff and shortcuts it is extremely refreshing to find a business that still recognizes the importance of customer service and knows how to deliver on it.This is the second time I have used Broco Glass and the second time I have received excellent service. I highly recommend Barry and Broco Glass if you’re looking for above and beyond customer service and a fair price for a very professional job.

VERY knowledgeable staff. I believe I spoke with CJ (sorry if I'm wrong) about fixing my wife's windshield on her SUV that she got new from the dealership. Not only did they have complete knowledge of how to go about this but what we needed to do; which ended up being different from what the dealership told us to do. I am so happy there was someone there who could explain to us exactly how to get this windshield fixed and to take the time to talk to us and the dealership and make sure we got everything straightened out and taken care of. I have used Broco in the past for my vehicle and was happy. After this experience, I would never go anywhere else, they have gone above and beyond. They have my full trust and support. Friendly and prompt service. I made an appointment the day before to have a stone chip in my vehicle windshield repaired. I arrived for the appointment and my vehicle was checked in right away. Within 45 minutes the repair was complete and I was on my way! Highly recommend.

discovered a slow windshield leak after moving to Nanaimo from the Interior- new windshield installed 5 months earlier in my Tacoma. Barry of Speedy worked with the other shop to arrange for replacement no cost to me, quick efficient service, no leak now! Barry was professional, up-front and very helpful to me. I also witnessed his conversation with another customer about glass chip/crack repair- informative and honest. I was very happy with the service.
