Very poor management and attitudes. Attempted to exchange a pair of shoes where all the sparkles came off after a one time wear. Manger refused my 82 yr old mother in law, only to have Quinn day yes when I explained what happened. Then she went back to store and Quinn refused this time, wasting another trip. When I asked for the store manager name she refused to give me her name even though she was in the store at the time. Explaining to customer service they agreed immediately to refund the shoes. All this for $20...this isn’t about the $20. This is about the disrespect for customers shopping in their stores. No wonder people buy online. Having to deal with the staff in the store is a headache.

Was in past Friday. Sign on the wall said all outerwear footwear 50%off. Found a pair of ankle boots for my granddaughter. We went to cash and the lady only discounted them 30% off and when I said the sign said 50% off she said that only applied to the top row. So utterly disgusted and when I tried to show her the sign she totally refused to look. Will never go back again. Very disappointed.

I came one time to bring back an item I received from my baby shower party and I was hoping to exchange for a different item without a receipt. One staff told me that I wasn't able to get a different item because I don't have the receipt but I can exchange for the same item but different size, but she told me I couldn't get a different item so I was really really disappointed!! Later then, I got really upset so I asked the lady if I could talk to the manager, so another girl name Gwen or Quinn (couldn't remember what her name was lol), I told her the same thing I told the other lady and she said that she would let me exchange for another item but for the same price or that adds up to the same amount? Either way, I was able to find else something that I wanted, she was able to do the exchange so WOW!!! Best customer service ever!! I totally understand that they have to follow the policy, but she was able to do it for me!! :) Thanks to her I got what I wanted which makes me really happy and I will definitely be back again.

I went to this store a couple of months ago to buy some clothes for my niece and nephew, I was very satisfied with my purchase! This store has the cutest clothes you can find, although, there’s not a lot selection on little boys section, BUT I was very happy that I was able to some cute stuff for my nephew! Other than that, the service was AMAZING, such a clean store to shop at!!! Usually not very many children’s clothing store are always clean, but this store? Always clean!!! :) The return policy is pretty fair... I mean 45 days??? That’s good enough!! I hear some people complain about the return policy, but I don’t have an issue with the return policy at all! I don’t think I would ever return anything at this store... ever!! :)

The clothes are a bit overpriced BUT the quality of the items are absolutely amazing and they last long especially the uniform pants! *wink wink*

I would give a 0 if I could. The customer service is horrible. I returned items over a month ago and I was supposed to get refunded through PayPal with in 10 days. Never got the refund so called head office and they told me it was a mistake on store level and I needed to go back into the store. I did that and the manager did not want to help me. Told me to call head office. So I said can you call head office as this is what they told me to do. She still refused and threatened to call security on me so I would leave. All I want is my refund. She apparently went to call her district manager and has had me waiting in store for a while. The worst treatment I have ever experienced in my life. I will never come back to this store and I am going to complain about the way I was treated in store to head office. How do you threaten customers when your in the wrong? Disgusting.

Came in a couple of days ago looking for uniform pants to buy for my 5 year old daughter for school. I was struggling at first because there were so many different sizes in the pants so I had to ask one of the staff to help me compare sizes and my daughter is very petite. I had a super helpful young girl quinn who helped me so much, she took her time to explain the comparison of the two sizes that I got a little confused about but everything worked out in the end! I ended up not only buying a couple pairs of uniform pants but a couple of golf shirts for my daughter too. Stress-free!!!! overall service is absolutely AMAZING, quinn was definitely the most helpful person I've had in this store and I am definitely coming back!!!

Greatest customer service I've ever experienced and received!!! THUMBS UP!! I live in Mississauga and I wanted to come to Burlington because they have the best customer service ever and everytime I'm there, the staff are always friendly and helpful! I was lucky get the supervisor names Quinn to help me out. I purchased an item online and a week after I received the package, I decided to return that item I received in the package because it was defective and the price tag was still on. When I go to Square One location in Mississauga, one lady that was at cash refused to do an exchange for me even when I didn't have my confirmation receipt, but I had my email receipt on my phone. She did not care to try and help at all. Worst experience ever. Here at the Burlington mall location, the supervisor was able help me find the same I was looking for to exchange and she was able to do the exchange for me!! Made me so happy!! She even told me that I can pull up my confirmation order email with the order number if I don't have the sheet which that was good to know!!! Not only I walked in there to exchange the item but I also decided to do my shopping there! So much cleaner and easier to shop at whereas square one? Last time I was there, it looked like a hot mess!

Great store to shop at for my kids!! Store is always clean and organized everytime I shop there. Although the price signs are a bit misleading to me and I know that it's not the staff's fault, but the staff were able to explain to me exactly what is on sale and what is not on sale! The staff there are also very helpful and friendly as well.
