Amazing staff and great service! They have quality product, and never disappoints!

It’s a long story, but the one consistent truth is that this company has NO customer service. They sent me an incomplete order with absolutely no indication that parts that I had paid for were omitted. The installer came to my house and informed me that the parts were not complete. He contacted unique fabrics (I had been unable to EVER speak to anyone or get an email response) and they agreed that the order was incomplete. When we they going to send the necessary parts? I think it was a problem ignored and long forgotten. If not for Gregory from Schindlers fabric I would be left with a $650 unusable TRAX system. They are the WORST!!!

Never disappointed with the service. The quality of the fabric is by far the best. Very strong and rich fabric. Always a pleasure seeing the smiling faces and having a warm welcome when I go.
