Kind, courteous, professional and efficient are the primary words that come to mind when I think of this business. I actually look forward to getting my eyes checked here due to the great vibes! Lots of great selection in frames and contacts as well. I couldn’t be happier with them

Horrible customer service. Very concerned about my vision post glaucoma treatment spoke to a Sam first and was told that I could come in tomorrow at 1 mean while I have a sudden onset of blurred vision in one eye, asked to speak to someone else and a Chelsie (unsure of spelling) came on with a very clipped tone and i tried to see what I should so and I asked to be put on hold to to talk to dr turcotte and was told it was not possible and I said i might was well go to a different dr and she said “go ahead”. I then said I didn’t appreciate her attitude she said I was the one with an attitude and hung up on me. Edited to add called back and asked to speak to an office manager. Was put on hold for 12 mins before Michelle came on the line. And I explained my situation again she said I was hung up on because I was swearing and issuing vulgar language which was an out right lie from her staff, and I voiced that, she asked if I would rather concentrate on the “back room drama or my vision” she kept cutting me off and I had to say “May I talk now”. Very frustrated with the staff

I've been using this eye doctor's office for a long time. Every time I come here everyone is very pleasant and willing to help.When picking out new frames and lenses they are able to provide recommend recommendations and feedback, which I greatly appreciate for a large purchase. Having a professional opinion is vital, so I don't get the wrong thing for myself.They offer both a student and senior discount while ordering frames/lens from them. The place is always immaculately kept.I would highly recommend coming here for your next eye appointment!
