Monarch House
They canceled all my son’s sessions because the therapist’s schedule changed. Now my son can’t take any sessions.luckily,I found another place to go but now his morning schedule is all empty.They ruined all our schedule.

I would just like to say thanks for all the positive energy and hope we get from the staff at Monarchhouse. They have given us so many new tools and techniques that help manage our morning routine and every day it’s a bit easier. Thanks again.I love the new location I get a chance to get groceries or just have a coffee.

Their administration is terrible. It's been nothing but a gong show getting on-boarded and we are constantly asked for different things by different people. When we call back it's a different person that answers and they have no idea what's going on. We will not be returning after our contract ends.

Overall great place, however, sometime what they say is incongruent with what they do. For instance, they say that parents are welcome to watch their child while with a mentor/teacher for learning purposes. But when you do that the teachers dont like it. for example they roll their eyes or they get cranky which is very disappointing.

I can´t say nothing but good things about the professionals that are under seeing my kid. They have made a huge improvement on my son within a year. I strongly recommend them.
