I was visiting and found that Victoria the store manager was very helpful and went out of her way to get me an item that I wanted that was not in stock and made sure to have it brought from the warehouse that afternoon!!!!!! I love this place and will definitely make it a place to visit the next time I'm in town. Fantastic customer service. She even recommended a place that I would find interesting for lunch to try while I'm in the area 5 stars +++++++.

The owner is on a mission to empower women and supports various women’s groups in a number of developing countries. Shopping with a Positive Impact! Win Win!! Fantastic. A friend was wearing an item from Mystic Lotus that I just had to have. I contacted the store and was met with the friendliest, most helpful customer service I've seen in quite some time. From the owner to their employees - top notch across the board. They worked with me to get my friend's item (x 6!) by mail. And I'm so happy with my purchase. Next up, a visit in person. Mystic Lotus - Highly recommended. Enjoy!

I've been visiting Mystic Lotus for years and LOVE this shop! The staff and owner have always been friendly and helpful. I was there last night at the Craig Street Night Market and picked up a lovely chiffon scarf/shawl - my 3rd so far.

awesome selection of beautiful jewelry and clothing thats hard to find elsewhere!! everything is priced well too. i got a beautiful crochet top here recently! if you want to dress like a real life fairy, definitely check this place out. staff were friendly as well.

I really love this shop. The owner travels the world and buys directly from the makers. She is very knowledgeable about every product she carries and can answer any questions you have. She goes to places like India, Bali, and Korea. Her store is very bohemian, hippie, Buddhist, festival vibe. She carries incense, musical instruments, statue of deities, jewelry, clothing, bags, prayer flags, wall decor, and everything else you can think in between. There is so much packed into one little store that you are sure to come across someone new every visit. A must visit of Craig street.

For the most part it’s a quiet zen place to shop. However some of the employees are quite rude and had a horrible experience today. Left after only being in there for 2 mins. Not only were they rude to me, but rude to my kid. Also I don’t believe selling white sage or palo santo is appropriate as they are sacred medicine to indigenous peoples. People within these communities have asked for these medicines to not be sold in shops. Will not be shopping there anymore.
