They don't price match their own items online. They said I would have to order the item and then come back and pick up the same item shipped from the warehouse if I want the online price. (sounds like just a lot of waste of gasoline for both the customer and the store). Guys at entertainment department were pretty unprofessional. They were vague about this policy and don't seem to know about the item they carry. One of them don't know the Walmart location he is at. I just order from Amazon because they will deliver similar item to my door for free less dealing with unprofessionals.

When I tried to go checkout my stuff at the self-serve, a Walmart employee approached me. He said something about providing a $40 discount because it was customer appreciation day or something. He asked for my ID and for my phone number. He gave me a $20 discount, but said that the other $20 would be sent as a gift card to my address. I didn't realize then, but he gave me a paper that provided discounts to customers making a Walmart Mastercard. This was obviously fraud as he never mentioned anything about signing up for Mastercard. If some random employee comes to you claiming to give you a big discount be wary of it.

So why operate the store to have customers shop when your just going to block aisles with skids and product. Pretty sure it’s a fire hazard, not only that boxes higher up and wrapped for safety so if you bump it they could possibly fall. Not a good idea for evening shoppers the store still has two hours before it closes

My son and I went to get him a pair of pants. My son tried to ask an employee if they had these pants in his size, the employee never looked at him and very rudely said no. The whole time she never even looked at him or the pair of pants to see what he was talking about. It was like I was bothering her, I didn't appreciate the attitude that we got.

I arrived in the early morning at this Walmart location. It’s always great to do the shopping at the first hour of opening because the shelves are always full. There are no empty shelves and the floor is well polished. Walmart is always a top notch retailer in the world and I always have high regards to its management. Highly recommended.

It was my first time using the Walmart online shopping platform scheduling my online purchase for pick-up. I found the entire experience fabulous and hassle free.My groceries/items were loaded into my vehicle by a wonderful Sales Associate - Smit, who helped me load every item I had ordered so pleasantly and professionally. He was out with my order within 3 minutes of my checking-in with the App.Smit - thank you for being such an excellent representative and for working so diligently - making my first online pick-up order so seamless. Thank you for making an order exception by switching to another equivalent item, and not creating any mistakes or missing items. Everything I had ordered was in the delivery today. Thank you!

Walmart people. Yes, evidently it's a thing .. just willy nilly leaving their shopping carts in the middle of the parking lot with ZERO CONCERN for their fellow humans.Curiosly this doesn't seem to occur at all in the Costco or No Frills lot. Just Walmart it seems:(

I’ve shopped there before but my experience today was uncalled for. I was treated so poorly by the cashiers. I was treated like a criminal. I went from the self checkout to the regular cash because I realized I had cash and didn’t want to use my debit. The cashiers I had treated me like a criminal. Didn’t believe me . I will not be back at this location unless those cashiers get FIRED! I worked in customer service for many years and that’s not how to treat a paying customer.It was the first cash next to the self checkout. Early afternoon. Two cashiers. FIRE THEM !!
