An essential component malfunctioned on my furnace in the evening. Checked a few retail shops, nobody had what I needed in stock. Called indoor elements for the part, they had it in stock, and Gord quickly drove to their shop for me (after hours), and got me the part to make sure I got my furnace up and running.Very pleased with the prompt and friendly service.I would highly recommend Indoor Elements!

Well Gord, where do I start? Up dated heat trace in fall when weather nice for your guys. When cold weather came in Nov. no water, new heat trace not working! Your guy put second one on, quite again in Dec. Your guy put third one on in Dec. quit again next day! Finally got Elkwoods plumbing, been good eversince, took you last heat trace to your shop, you told me I would get money back on heat trace, never happened! Last time I phoned you, you said well I supplied the labour, and I said I supplied $450.66! I guess I was never to shower or flush my toilet again! I been with indoor elements for years, best of luck to you.

Indoor Elements is my go-to service provider for heating/cooling and plumbing.They are fast, efficient, friendly, and know their trades! Rates are good, service is professional and response is quick.I have several rental units as well as my residence with them on a Service Agreement (highly recommended) to ensure that I’m on their “response list” should a problem arise.They also schedule annual winterization maintenance — furnaces only fail when they’re working ie. when you need them!

Incredible people to deal with. Our home AC was installed within an hour! We always call for any home furnace, water heater and other issues. They have been operating here for a long time. Even my parents who live out of town call them.

We received a couple of quotes, however they sold my spouse. They were prompt, advised a few things to help in the winter even though we didn't purchase the AC unit yet. 10 year warranty and they register you so you don't forget to do it yourself. I'd recommend this company!!!

I was having issues with my furnace- on a Friday, before a long weekend. I called around 12, and i had a guy come and repair everything by 3pm! Amazing service, and great prices. I am hugely appreciative of how efficient they were! Definitely recommend for exceptional service.Thanks again!!

Could not be happier with the install. The three guys that came to install were super friendly and very experienced. Had amazing detail on all the answers to my questions and I still can't believe how clean the whole install was. Price was on point as well. After comparing the quote around town, they were still the best. Can't recommend Indoor Elements enough :)
