Great selection & AMAZING Customer service. I ordered 3 bottles of wine online and found the platform easy to use. This was for a birthday delivery and the staff at J Webb Wine went above and beyond! Each bottle was individually wrapped & then they were beautifully arranged in a wrapped package. I had added the free card option and a member of the team hand wrote the message onto a card & drew on the back for the birthday girl. It was such a special touch and truly appreciated. Would definitely recommend & will order again!

I am blown away that this high level of customer service still exists! No doubt that I will go back to buy more wines. I hope more businesses in this city recognize that when you create an experience for your customer the rest is secondary. Certainly recommend them to anyone craving for human interaction as part of day-to-day routines.

Beautiful store. Even though it was under renovations it was kept very clean. The work they've done so far is beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful, my husband and I came from out of town and one helped us with the local beer selection. The other staff member working helped us carry our items without us asking and helped us locate what we were looking for quickly. We didn't have much time to explore the selection but it looked like they had a fairly wide range of products, especially given the size of the shop.

Not just a liquor store, it's an experience! I stopped in to pickup a gift and was greeted with prompt, friendly service even though the store was busy. The staff are very knowledgeable, and I received recommendations for future gift ideas and a sample glass of wine while my purchase was being wrapped for free! I recommend this place to everyone - you will truly begin to feel at home after being in the shop for 5 minutes!Great selection, great service, great prices.

Love the crew at J Webb! I’m the furthest thing from knowing what’s what when it comes to wine but always learn something new when I stop in, and there recommendations are almost always a hit with friends and family. Highly recommend shopping here

Definitely a top notch experience! Went to J Webb for a wine and whiskey tasting party for a 30th birthday. They setup the delicious food and the wine and whiskey was flowing, they even arranged for us to have pizza delivered! Kevin and Sharon was gracious hosts, we will be back for our next function.

Beautiful store, and the staff is extremely helpful and so nice! We wanted to gift a bottle of wine to our friends, and Tim really took the time to find the right bottle for us. And Jonathan packed it beautifully for us. These guys are the best!

J.Webb is not only a wine merchant and boutique, though an experience! Upon entering you will be met with a warm, and ultimately kind welcome & be introduced to incredibly knowledgeable employees that will be able to guide you through the vast variety of wines, spirits, and liqueurs & beers that they have to offer. All of the items are hand-picked, tasted and enjoyed by the employees giving a personal taste (of which are consistently on point) and expertise to explain the meaning and choice behind each selected speciality item. A community is built upon J.Webb that resides in customizing every single feature that comes through their doors! It is always an experience coming into J.Webb, and I highly recommend it being one you do not hesitate to explore!

Always such a great experience. The staff always know exactly what pairs with certain foods. I am continually amazed by not only their excellent customer service but by their vast knowledge on all things wine!
