An outstanding lawyer especially pertaining to family law specifically child abduction cases.On July 30th, 2022, my six year old  twin boys were abducted by their father, taken from the UAE and brought to Canada during a visitation access. I felt totally devastated and started reaching out for help like any parent in a similar situation. Most of the mediators and lawyers discouraged me from filing a case as the UAE is not part of Hague convention and they said chances of getting an order to return the kids to UAE are very low.Google search brought me to James S Marks, and that was the best decision I made during this difficult period. Though my ex tried very hard to make the process as prolonged as possible by changing lawyers at the final moment, James never let these things slow down the process.He was so caring and he understands the pain of left behind parents and the kids. He puts his heart into the matter to make sure that kids are back safely.Within 2 months of hiring him as my lawyer, James got me a return order which included a police enforcement as well and made all arrangements for the smooth pick up of and return of kids to UAE with me. Despite no one enjoys" going through a divorce

I was very fortunate to have James Marks represent me in my divorce process.He listened compassionately to my story and carefully crafted what would be the basis for resolving my case.
