This is the Place to send your Leatherman for warranty claims if you live in Canada... While if your looking for a new Leatherman, they'll send you a new one no questions asked.HOWEVER if your looking to get your very own fixed and sent back, caution this place. They messed up my warranty claim when I asked to send back its sentimental value" they were careless and even sent me the WRONG refurbished model with no protectionnow I have to deal with the claim again costing me more money then it should! Go Straight to Portland if you possibility can
