I was in need of help in moving my large email distribution list to another platform and couldn't find a way to maintain a growing email distribution list. Then I contacted Supernova Sites and met with Nicole. She was extremely patient and listened carefully to my issues and concerns. She looked into many options for me and always kept me in the loop as per my options. In the end she was able to successfully find a great platform for me to use and got me set up and back up and running quickly. She even provided me with training tools and in person training. Nicole did a BEAUTIFUL job creating a Pride Logo for my business - so much so that I kept it the logo in place months after June ended! Nicole is responsive, quick, professional, and clearly skilled. Nicole designed an Adobe InDesign training curriculum that was tailored to my needs. She was organized, adaptable, and a pleasure to work with.
