Rented Jeep Grand Cherokee for a week. Mr Bert was really professional, polite and helpfull. Amazing experience to get SUV from bolton enterprise. Thankssssssssss a lot guys for making my trip experience awesome..

We got our loaner here after an accident. I’m not sure about the ratings here but we’ve got the best customer service, they’re about to close already, but Anthony patiently waited for us, coz we are in desperate need of a car to go to work the following day. Thanks Anthony, very professional!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I reserved a car in Bolton to pick up from the airport to drive further north. I called to say I would be 5 minutes late due to traffic. I arrived at literally 5:03 and the office closed at 5:00. No one was there. Completely black inside. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Anthony was fantastic! He arrived promptly at my location and provided me a modern 2021 clean and upgraded car to rent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Very smooth experience.

I had the worse experience at this rental location with the branch manager Allison Wadge. Had a reservation for Friday for one day pick up at 12 noon which is my lunch break from work an agent called at 11:30 saying car not ready and asking to pick up car around pm I told him am unable to pick up the car because I would be at work that’s why I arranged for pick up during by lunch break. I asked him to drop off the car which he said he would be unable to do. So he said I can pick up on Saturday at 9am and return on Monday for the same price because they close on Sundays so he would only charge for one day which I agreed upon. So I went to pick up the car on Saturday along with my wife and I met this lady Allison so was imputing the information and I asked her the cost of the rental she stated that the cost is over $400 so I informed her of the arrangement an agent made with me over the phone on Friday to charge me for one day because the car wasn’t ready on Friday she told me no she cannot do that I would have to pay for the entire weekend including Sunday which I didn’t need the car on Sunday but still have to pay for even if it’s their fault. After me questioning the level of customer service she got angry and ask me to leave her office and said it her company she owned it 100 percent she then called the police after which I left. I was treated horrible by this so call manager and would never rent from there again and I don’t recommend this location for anyone. I believe where people spend their hard earn money they deserve to ask questions. That was not the case at this location

I liked it but unfortunately had to wait for the car to be cleaned before it was ready. Hopefully the car will run well and I can upgrade my experience to an even better review. Only now part way through my rental.

Had a reservations & confirmation number. Called this morning several times to confirm it No one answered. When I arrived was told she never answered because she was the only person working! Then she told me she never had a vechicle for me & I am on a waiting list!! News to me. I rented a car because I NEEDED one not just in case one come available! Very bad customer service! Now I am calling around trying to get another car before every location closes. Would give zero stars!!

Been on hold for over 1.5 hours trying to get my rental car after a confirmation and reservation number from Insurance. Listening to At Enterprise we treat our customers like they should be treated." It closes at 5:30 and looks like I won't get the car today...Terrible."
