The staff at the Sewing Lane are not only very knowledgeable but seem willing to do what they humanly can to provide satisfaction. When seeking parts/accessories for my vintage machines I am fully convinced they did an inch by inch search of their stock in an attempt to find every single foot, part, and accessory I was looking for (and some I wasn’t even aware existed) and when they realized they didn’t have one of the items I ordered they phoned me to let me know and offered substitutions. This exceptional customer responsiveness is end to end as they had all my hard to find items accumulated, boxed up and delivered in 4 days. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

The lady was so helpful and was friendly even when I accidentally broke part of the needle display. (I don’t think I actually broke it... maybe it comes apart like that... perhaps for cleaning or something?)

Went in to have a sewing machine repaired and the service technician rudely explained how much the repairs would cost and how long it would take and suggested I buy a Brother model instead of a minor fix. She acted like I was a total inconvenience and waste of her time. The other staff member was cordial and professional. The technician has no clue about professionalism and customer service.

Checked it out but never bought anything. Will have to go here again when I've checked out all the sewing/ craft stores out in Lethbridge
