Not professional at all! they never answer the phone. They did my fence, last year, now I'm having an issue with the gate. I've been trying to reach them for more than a month, left several messages and they never got back to me. I would not recommend them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Still waiting for my gate to be installed since last fall. They don't want to install it until our neighbour pays their bill even though we paid in full. They don't answer the phone and rarely respond to email. SKEEEEEETCHY
