Ordered the Batman Calzone via SKIP a few months back and no complaints (just remembered to review today randomly). It was cheesy goodness as expected for a late night craving. Arrived hot and yummy! Not much else to elaborate on, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered pizza online and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t correct. I went to go pick up another because they gave me a credit but they gave me a hard time about it and were trying to tell me it wasn’t wrong, I am really disappointed in the way there staff treats paying customers. This one girl we said thank you to just walked away and say “yup”

We tried the supreme deep-dish pizza and the chicken wings. Would definitely recommend both, at the least as new experiences, if not for the great taste.I think deep-dish pizza is my new favourite now!

I was unable to communicate with the staff effectively in English to place an order. I commend anyone attempting a second language however, it's frustrating when it's at the point of purchase.

Overall, this retail location can be busy during rush hours. If it's possible for you, you should call your order in as it could take between 15 to 20 minutes to wait for an order if you order at the counter if it's busy.This location has undergo recent upfront renovations. It's pretty well done. Too bad, they didn't offer a small eating area with actual tables to sit. They do offer bar stool counter tables along the window. It's a grab and go place.The service has always been great. The staff is mainly by women occasionally a guy or two. Always asking if you want the crazy bread deal or dips.The only thing I suggest is put a door in where there is an open entrance to the kitchen. This would be a security feature for the staff from an irate customer. Anybody can easily storm behind the counter or gain entrance to the kitchen or staff. You could see the opening in the photo that I had attached.

The guy waving the pizza sign on the side of Kingsway deserves a raise.Waiting time is a little long. I like their stuffed crust pizzas I would get their square versions. I usually only order their pizzas.

I ordered online. So, I expected to just pay and grab my food. But I waited almost 20 minutes to get my order. But, the awesome taste of my pizza made me leave 5 stars for this location.

I left and realized they forgot my crazy bread, went back to get it, ok. Left again and realized they hadn't given me my 600ml dr pepper. Obviously I wasn't paying attention, but damn I don't expect having to return every 5min to get another item. Edit: turns out customers are supposed to pick up their drinks from the fridge, it was my first time there and wasn't aware of this.
