Francoise is a wonderful RMT, I started going to her recently and every experience has been great. She is knowledgeable and shows she truly cares about her patients and finding root causes of their pain problems to help the best way she can.

Francoise provides excellent massage service. She does a thorough assessment prior to treatment and further follows with guidance for maintenance as well as suggestions to reduce what causes or exacerbates the original issue.Bookings and payments are very efficient which makes the entire process fluid allowing more focus on treatmentWould definitely recommend Francoise to anyone.

She was recommended by husband. I've used her services twice for a full body massage. Look forward to seeing her more often for more focused areas like the head and for reflexology.

I came across Françoise’s studio through my insurance company. Before I booked my first appointment, I noticed the many positive reviews she has. It encouraged me to book a session, and Françoise provided an excellent first experience. I have been a regular since then. She pays attention to what you need, and no two sessions have been the same, it is always tailored to your actual needs. She is knowledgeable of the human body, and gives you advice for stretching or other exercises as well.The studio is well situated near a major shopping mall, sometimes even too busy with other salons and studios nearby. The hours are very flexible, again, adapt to your needs and schedule.I can only speak highly of my experience with Françoise, and definitely can recommend her to anybody who is looking for a massage therapist in south-central Etobicoke.

I made my first appointment to see Francoise recently based on her amazing reviews. During my visit, she made me feel comfortable, was professional and applied various techniques to make sure she was addressing my concerns. I immediately felt better and had less tension in my shoulders when I left. I did book a follow up appointment afterwards which I unfortunately was not able to make it to based on complications with my insurance provider and the backlog of claims end of year. Upon discovering this and opening a case with my provider, I contacted Francoise to let her know that I needed to reschedule for the following week. The answer I received left me feeling very uneasy as I felt there was a lack of empathy with sudden changes. I should note that both times when I made my appointment, Francoise had followed up asking to change the times from both my original appointments. With that said, I just expected a more understanding response when I reached out. As she is running a small business, I do understand that it's not easy to accommodate changes but, we all experience changes we don't anticipate. If you decide to book an appointment and need to make adjustments, just be sure to let her know a day in advance as there seems to be very little tolerance and forgiveness. All in all, it was an exceptional massage.EDIT: After leaving an honest review, I was contacted by Francois a couple of times attempting to provide me with an explanation. It seems apparent that she was having a off day but ultimately her reply tarnished my overall experience. Despite everything, her response to my initial review We are sorry that you don't see any empathy and kindness" is a personal attack. It would be refreshing for business owners to take some accountability as they are equally responsible for any miscommunication."

Francoise is amazing at her craft, she diligently listens to your areas of concern and works her magic accordingly. My arm and lower back feels a lot better. Highly recommended.
