Browns

I looked all over North America for my perfect dream boots, and found them here at Browns! They replaced a pair I wore for 10 years and then lost. They didn't have them on display but a woman came and asked me what I was looking for. I was doubtful she would find them, but she emerged from the back a few minutes later with them!

I bought a new pair of Doc Marten winter boots at the Browns store in Kingsway mall in late October. I've always wanted a pair of Doc Martens. I chose a really nice pair and I bought them. Unfortunately, a few days ago I noticed the lining in the right boot was coming apart. I called them on the phone and they told me to come over and they would be able to help me out. Yesterday afternoon, I went over there and exchanged them for a brand new pair. They didn't have the exact pair that I had brought back so I exchanged them for a very similar pair. The new Doc Martens actually feel a lot better than the other ones.Thank you very much to the beautiful manager that helped me out and had me in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

Got ON shoes in March 2023, just a month after on both shoes toes started to wear way faster then rest of the shoes. I called the store and addressed the situation, they said to speak to the manager.Spoken to the manager, told her what happened, she took a look and right in 10 seconds, I was offered an exchange to new pair.I am happy that my almost $200 didn't go in garbage.Got the new pair of ON, they look good to me. Hopefully it will not wear faster than the first pair. If it does, I am out of luck as manager said, this is the last time she will do an exchange for me which didn't sound right as if the shoes have manufacturing defect, they should take care of the client as they are the authorized retailer for ON.Anyways, I am happy that the manager took care of me for the first exchange, hope it will be the last one too.

Went to the store at WEM on April 1 and bought a 200 dollar pair of Hoka runners. The salesgirl was making small talk with me at the check out and suddenly mentioned a pair of boots I might like to look at. I have no idea why... as I didn't mention needing or wanting a pair of boots. I chalked it up as inexperience.Today ( April 11) I went to pick up a second pair of Hoka runners at Kingsway mall. I was surrounded with eager sales people who wanted to sell me every shoe glue, gloss or spray made. Four sales people! I said no but one of them wouldn't take no for an answer. I made it clear I wasn't buying anything else. It really turned me off of going there again. I dropped 400 dollars in a week and a half and it still wasn't enough to keep the vultures away. There are many other shoe stores to choose from.

Got a new pair on timberland winter boots. Like them so far. The sales associate was super helpful and showed me lots of different options.

Brown's has an excellent selection of shoes in their Kingsway Mall location. The selection is primarily for young people, which I am not. However, I was able to find a pair of Hugo Boss sneakers that fit me and are comfortable. I recommend Brown's if you want a stylish and sensible pair of shoes.

Went and bought a pair of shoes. And they order the size in and they tried to give me shoes that are previously worn . They tried to offer me 10% off lol

The staff were very cooperative and helped in selecting the best product for me. Overall very happy with the service.

I bought this on october 23.2022 ( MARISSA SICILY - at brown store)I have only worn it a few times but it doesn't quality even though it costs 525 Cad , its keychain is peeling paint looks bad , i have a Canada Goose jacket 4 years old but it has no problem , i am really disappointed because of this product , i bought it for not cheap price but i think it will look cheap in a short time , I went to the store asking for their help, but they couldn't do anything , i so sad , I'm thinking about buying brown shoes next time
