Personally I had a great experience, I got quick answers even from emails which I appreciate alot. Comparing to other banks, I would say Bank Chaabi provides international services that other dont do as an example even you are away from Morocco you still can find a free Canadien number that u can call them thro and get your things done.And a special thanks to Youness Zemmouri for his great service.

I don’t really understand those people? I think they are not human. Those people they don’t respect themselves; what a shame...I talked to someone he said he will call back in 4 min and then he never called back; I called again no-one answered the phone so I had to leave a voice mail, since then they never called back until this hour. I just didn’t get it if these people doesn’t want to work why they are working? if they don’t want to answer questions of people like them when are they offering ‘services’? these people are laughing at themselves not on me cause I did my part ...these people are useless!!!

I recently moved to Canada & got in touch with BP Montreal office and I was amazed by the service quality of Ms. Btissam. I had two queries at two different timings, both were raised by email and both were answered efficiently the same day. Keep up the great work

Bad experience, the worst customer service I have never seen in my life , the responsible over-there called Youness Zemmouri is big liar , they waste my time here and in Morocco, I really don’t recommend to deal with those guys .
