The guys at Ottawa Valley Design and Repair provided excellent customer service. They took me in right away and were able to quickly analyze the issue and an estimate of the cost which is impeccable. They had called me a few days later with the outcome and had offer me a tutorial on how to use my 3D printer which was extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming back and recommend them to anyone in need of help with their electronics being repaired.

It was a pleasure working with Nathan. He made changes to my design when we realized the plans I got were wrong. 3D printing was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Stoped in at this shop last week to have adjustments made to our 3d printers. They did a fantastic job, they offer tutorials / intro to how to set up a printer which can be overwhelming when you start. Would certainly reccomend, and will be retuning when needed.

So thrilled to find these two! Bao and Nathan were both incredibly sweet and insanely knowledgeable. I had two Anycubic Kobras giving me trouble (inconsistent prints, slow, leveling issues, name it. I was at my wits end) They were ready for pick up in 3 days. Bao went above and beyond, sending me new slicing software, and design software and going over the basics of both.I took them up on a 1hour tutorial (will be going back for design tutorials) and since bringing them home, I am blown away. My test print alone is better quality than my best print during regular use, and they are printing 40% faster than before. (I am specifically printing Polymer Clay Cutters, so not sure what the results would be for most prints yet!)100% bookmarked as my business of choice for 3D printing issues and questions.

I broke my Prusa MK3 and they took the time to repair it and test it afterwards! They even when beyond my expectations by explaining what I can do to upgrade my 3D printer!They respected their quote and the time to do the repairs and tests!
