I recently had the opportunity to attend an E Seminar with the Arts on the Credit Artists coordinated by Marie Payne. The information for me was invaluable. A couple of important points truly resonated with me and will help me focus on what I need to do and not do. Now, as a full time artist I had the pleasure of having Joanne Poluch as my professional coach. She challenged me to unlock my full artistic potential and steered me onto the right path. I believe a great coach like Joanne Poluch will not only help when things are tough but can also steer your trajectory to a higher level when things are seemingly great.

As a self-taught amateur artist, seeking marketing help and feedback on my work, it may have been premature of me to engage the kind of advice Joanne provides as a jurist for art exhibitions at established galleries. (Perhaps she should have been more upfront with me on this score). I followed all of her suggestions but I now feel that her fee might have been better spent on an art workshop. Disappointed.
