Je suis très satisfaite du service obtenu. Travail de qualité. Elle a même allongé un pantalon qui était trop court. Je vais y retourner c’est certain.

Mon manteaux Mackage etait tout déchiré à plusieurs endroits. Nadia Kim a fait un excellent travail. En moins de 21h, mon manteaux était super bien réparé. Elle est très professionnelle, douée et élégante. Ça se voit qu’elle s’y connait très bien. Je recommande fortement cette couturière. Merci beaucoup.

Ne respecte pas les engagements tenus lors de notre entretien téléphonique, j'ai fait un long déplacement et la couturière allait me charger 5 fois le prix annoncé ! Aucune proposition ne m'a été faite pour remédier au problème, je suis donc repartie robe en main à quelques jours de mon évenement... Pas fiable !

Unprofessional, and unreliable. Was hired to put care labels on clothing and we agreed on price beforehand. Halfway through she refused to continue unless her wage was increased. After reluctantly obliging, she got back to work, only for me to discover that she has been putting all of the wrong labels on the wrong items of clothing. Small items had labels that were XL, labels that were to be 100% cotton, had labels of 100% polyester. Nadia has zero regard for the materials and items she is working working. I had to spend more than double the amount of money required for the job to undo her negligence, and replace hundreds of expensive tags that were butchered. I should have sent her a bill for all the damage done.
