Yeah never again told the lady I wanted to back to my natural brunette colour I’m currently red but it’s faded told her I was okay with some red showing through the brown I showed her my roots she said I was a n7 blonde mmm kinda questionable but she works there not me Yeah I should of gone with my gut and picked out the actual brunette colour. My hair is still red and my roots are god damn ginger.

The girl that helped me on April 12 was amazing!! I had so many questions and she had all the answers! She recommended me a hair mask and the blow out cream from ION. She sold me on the smell of the cream and she told me she uses it. I used it after my oil and it made a significant change in my hair! I wish I could remember her name but thank you to her!!

I have a men’s cut and brown hair. Walked into Sally’s and Jodie (hopefully I’m spelling it correctly) immediately hooked me up with everything I needed to bleach, tone and colour my hair. I tried box dyes for years because I thought it would be cheaper. I was dead wrong. The products were extremely reasonably priced and Jodie went out of their way to explain in detail how I should do each step. 100/10 would recommend hitting up this location for their awesome knowledge and expertise!

I had the absolute best experience here today! I haven’t shopped at Sally’s for years and decided to go in with my sister in law today for some last minute Christmas gifts. The ladies were so helpful and gave such good advice and even money saving tips on products. I could have spent the whole day there! Will definitely be shopping there for product and pampering more often.

Brutal customer service depending on the person working. Young blonde girl gave wonderful service and went out of her way to help me and personally recommend a certain product. A month later I go in....Younger brunette( finished up on her phone for about 20 seconds before ringing through my purchase) and older brunette are working, it was probably 30-45 minutes before closing. I was in there for probably 15 minutes looking for a certain product and notOnce asked if I needed help. I was crouched down reading labels when the older brunette working there said excuse me" and shimmied herself between me and the shelf to get past. Did not offer help when I actually needed it to find something.I found what I thought I needed

Went to buy spray in hair color for my 3 year old granddaughter , while we were there she had to go to the bathroom. But they said no, go next door to Opa to use theirs . Who says no to a 3 year old needing to use the bathroom? will not buy from this place again.

The place is small and a tad cramped I find! But the gals there make you feel like your at home ,joke with you and take time no matter how long it is to help ya with needs.. I had a gentleman assist me ( not sure if he is full time part time or filling in)? Buy let me tell you hands down the most knowledgeable person on hair products I have ever met! He showed me money saving ideas hair products that will work better than any high end salon stuff!! And most of all he took 45 min of his time to basically hang out and show me this and that. Not the intrusive pushy salesman, but rather kind generous and so so helpful.. so if anyone knows this employee please be sure to mention him to everyone and.. to the boss he needs a raise!! And so do the other 2 permanent ladies I encounter there most times!! I adore the older lady she is super !! Thanks for being a great place to shop but a bigger store would be nice! Update I was lucky enough to go in and get the same young man as mentioned above.he turned my damaged locks into a work of hair art that's healthy !! He is the best!!!!

Great customer service! Greeted upon arrival, helped me find things and recommendations for online solutions to urgently needed items!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.They made sure I had everything I needed to dye my hair and even some tips and tricks to get better results with out breaking my bank account. Loved it!!! I will always get my hair products from Sallys.

Most times, I get helped by friendly staff. However today, all of the staff were rude to me for no reason. I had lost my receipt for hair dyes I bought in the store and I just wanted to ask if I can get it exchanged or get an instore credit instead but the lady helping me seems like she didn't even want to help me. She told me I could only do an exchange and I said that it was fine. Then, I asked if it was possible to get an instore credit instead and she called the manager, which I am not sure why she had to do that, and the manager came out and talked to me in a rude tone saying I can only do an exchange and I can't do instore credits. I had no problems with their policy and about me not getting the instore credit, my issue is the way they talked to me and how they were rude to me when I was only asking about their policy and not even argueing about it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because I would not want to go back to that kind of service.
