Called for oil filter and fuel filters at 8:04 in the morning and was told I will get it before 12. Cool. 3:15 and still no filters. Called and 28 minutes before getting answered Olivier at the parts tells me that too bad you come get it or Tuesday morning. That’s what a garage gets told.I had this truck on hold all this time and that’s the answer I get. Don’t know how they still in business. It’s the third time and last I deal with these clowns.

In 2017 Globocam Anjo fixed the back break ( new discs, new rotors ) and the front breaks they changed only the discs. It cost me $5800.00They told me to change the complete front break (discs, rotors, break pads, sensors, etc. )if not after 20000km it will be too dangerous and risky to drive the truck.For that, they estimated $3200.00Now (2020-06-07) after 3 years ( 85000km done ) I still driving the truck without any problem, and just these days I hear some noises from the front breaks.What i can say to everyone who has a truck, be careful when go for a repair to this dealership, they will charge you big money. They will try to steal as much as possible. These people are a bunch of crook.Thank you for reading the review

I bought a truck from Globocam (salesman François Desrochers). He had the truck inspected and assured me that no problems were found and the truck was in working condition (2012 model)The next day the radiator broke, I brought it to a mechanic and was told the radiator was rotted, boosters not legal, and the front bumper support duct taped on. Was told the truck should not have passed the SAAQ inspection.When I called Francois and told him about these problems, he replied il a des chose plate a dire dans vie".I have emailed and called globocam and they have not replied. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. I paid their full asking price and made it an easy sale

Good but have your serial number handy. If your truck wasn't purchase there and depending on who you catch they won't get the part you need. Western star and sterling and freightliner. There opened late

Service could be better. Everytime I call I get transferred at least 3 times before I get what I need. Where I work our mechanics have a hard time getting parts after 4:30 - 5 o'clock because they never answer! Very frustrating.
