I dealt with someone his name is Jason and he was slow and confused, the person in the front desk has missed up our names, it took us over 3 hours !

Just made an appointment that I am going to cancel. Front desk lady is extremely rude. Ignored a question, major attitude. Do us all a favo8ur and find a job where you don't have to deal with the general public please. When these reviews popped up about the office in general it sealed the deal to go elsewhere.

A gentleman named Claude did my tax preparation and was very welcoming and knowledgeable, as well as quick! The lady at the front desk that had blonde hair was a saint! It was an absolute pleasure having my taxes done there. This lady was incredibly busy the entire time I was there, dealing with CRA being down" on top of the phone ringing off the hook and having a lineup of customers in front of her - she handled it unbelievably well! I will definitely be back and will also refer as many friends and family as possible. Thanks so much h&r block!"

Just wanted to say Thank you. I had such a positive experience today. Mike got my tax return ready in a matter of hours. Fast, friendly and professional service. Plus Mike has a good sense of humour which is a bonus. I definitely recommend this location. I plan to go back next year. Great job, Mike and H&R block team

The lady at the front has the worst attitude and zero customer service! Also gives the wrong information. This branch is a big waste of time!!

They did everything online and sent me a step by step update and I just had to go to the store to sign a few papers and I was done! Super easy and efficient!

Had to call back a second time to get to hear what was being said.The guy must have just started at the job!! Hope it gets better!!!!
