When I start working on this agency I already felt the support and empowerment they share to their employee's. They accommodate our request to the best of their resources and ability. Hence, it motivate us to do our job at the best we can give. I hope to stay longer in working with these people, because for me it feels like I'm home with my family.

I’ve been working with Staff Relief for almost a year now and I can truly say they have been the best people to work with. They are very accommodating to your scheduling and are willing to try and help work around things. Needless to say, I feel grateful to be apart of such a positive team!

My experience working with Staff Relief was phenomenal from start to finish. There was not 1 negative experience while working with Staff Relief from the initial interview to completing my assignment and getting hired on full-time. While working with staff relief prior to getting onboarding full time I was always supported, nurtured and it always felt like Staff Relief cared about me and looking for ways to support me further. I have used staff relief to care for my mother-in-law who suffered from dementia, as well as my elderly father, and have always been impressed by their professionalism and the quality of care they provide. Knowing that a vulnerable loved one is in good hands is invaluable, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Working under Staff Relief HCS is a great experience. They are considerate of its employees, and are easy to approach for concerns. They have good management and decent pay, and will offer you pickup shifts if you are available. Hence, I am giving this company, 5stars.

A couple of years ago Staff Relief came through quickly with help for my mother, under challenging circumstances; and more recently was very quick to respond to a request for a receipt for those services. I'm impressed.

Adoke, PSW was amazing. She was attentive, caring and helped me enormously after my accident and following, fractured knee. I couldn't have gained most of my independence without her. She was kind and caring. Thank you. Your staff also was attentive, efficient and very helpful. Your caring approach is very much appreciated.

What a fantastic service for people in need of additional assistance with their family. If it wasn't for the wonderful dedication of the PSW that looked after my 91 year old Mother while she was in hospital and after she left hospital, we would've lost her for sure. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially given the lack of assistance for people in hospitals right now. Such great care they are taking of my Mom

Working with this company for a few months was a breeze. I was able to get regular shifts based on my availability. The management is very approachable.
