Honestly I'm so happy from the point of purchase to the day of install , the staff at the store are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell , had the TV'S ( 3) and Sonos system installed and the installers where icing on the cake, friendly courteous and didn't leave a mess . Big Box stores suck , keep it local shop Gibby's you will not regret it . A big shout out to all the staff at Gibby's will definitely see you soon . Cheers

With our rec room finally finished, we were looking to complete our home theatre system to complement the TV in the room. We were strongly leaning toward Klipsch since we already have a nice Klipsch home theatre setup (also sold to us by Will) in another part of our home. We did some research online and had pretty much figured out what we wanted. We went to see Will Leighton at Gibby's and he hooked us up. Will sold us a better setup than what we were planning at almost the same price as the lower range system we were originally planning. Will was easy to deal with, not at all pushy and is very knowledgeable. Gibby's has been solidified as the only place I will go to when looking for quality electronics.

My experience with buying a new TV at Gibby’s was wonderful! An older HD TV at our house stopped working one afternoon, and so I started looking for a new one. I first did some research online, and looked at lots of customer reviews. I visited a few stores in order to compare different brands and different models. I was limited to a 50-inch screen because the TV had to fit into a specific space in a custom-made wall-to-wall bookcase. Unfortunately, the 50-inch model isn’t in stock at many places in the Niagara Region.I checked all of the stores in our area that sell TVs, and I saw the exact TV I wanted, on sale, online at Gibby’s. I called the store and talked with William. He was wonderful! He got on his computer and verified the sale price. Due to some computer problems at the store, he had to physically check to see if the 50-inch model was in stock. He called me back within a few minutes to confirm that I could buy the TV that day. I drove over to Gibby’s, and William made the whole purchase totally effortless. He was easy to talk with, he was friendly, and he has a great sense of humour. We went over the pricing, and within a few minutes, I had the TV that I wanted at the best price in the Region. William reviewed some important installation warnings, which I appreciated. I wasn’t aware that a flat TV screen could crack merely by picking it up incorrectly. Thanks so much, William!William also helped me to get the TV into the backseat of my car.From beginning to end, I had an exceptionally positive experience at Gibby’s! I’d highly recommend this store. I ordered a center speaker from Gibby's, it arrived in a few days, looked great, worked great, and they had it for the best price at the time. Can't go wrong with that.

Ordered a complete home theatre system from Gibby's online last week. Saved over $1000 on this purchase as their sale prices are incredible. 2 items were out of stock so I inquired through the chat feature on their website about adjusting my order and Shawn called me the next day and got my order sorted it out and shipped. 2 days later everything arrived. Now spending hours and hours hearing my favorite music and movies like it's the first time. I Highly recommend Gibby's based on my purchasing experience.

I called in to gibbys and Will picked up the phone. I told him I was very interested in special ordering a product and had questions on some other products I was very interested in.I told him I would come by the next day to ask him some questions and concerns. He called me the next day checking up on me if I was really coming, in which I said I was around the corner.Everything I asked he answered with knowledge and showed me comparable products. (Sole reason to coming into the store. I like to touch and hear what I am buying)We walked around the store demoing speakers and subs.We talked and felt ZERO rush. NOW, I came in not knowing that I was in good hands, I felt comfortable telling him no that wasn't for me or yes that may be a winner. Never did he pressure me into anything.Walked out the store with more than what I wanted but I knew the service I would be receiving for the next few years would be incomparable.You guys won me over as a customer and will be coming back for my next few purchases.Lets just say the wife is happy with her setup and I will be coming back for my own soon. ( yes, happy wife = happy life)

To add to the response you have made on my last review.....you left me a VOICEMAIL... stating they will be picking up the TV at MY HOME. I DID NOT confirm for this to be done NOR did I call back because I did not listen to my voicemail until I received a call from the driver the day of, so how is it my fault you went ahead and sent the driver's to pick up a TV that was not confirmed to be picked up???? Stop blaming customers for your impulsive, inaccurate and unconfirmed decisions. You already have a ton of bad review about your shop and unfortunately it was my fault for not reading them before purchasing a product from your company.You live and learn and I hope anyone reading this learns how to NOT purchase products from your companyBy the way this is how I received my TV and also how it looksCHEERS!!!
