Stay away.

Lived in the apartments at Kensington Gate for two years - no complaints. My issues have always been dealt with quickly and the staff has always been very friendly. The common areas are kept very clean. I’ve seen issues with parking (in reviews that aren’t Google), but the tenant parking is very safe. You have to get through two doors (one of which is locked to the public at all times the other is locked at all times to pedestrians and to both cars and pedestrians at night) to get to the tenant parking area and from my time here, I didn’t see or hear of any break-ins. PS, because this is an older building, the walls are super thick. I literally didn’t hear any my neighbours unless they were outside on their balconies.

I have nothing to complain about the building and the staff. I lived in a townhouse for and then moved to the apartment building and I loved it there. The building is located in a premium area and it is very well maintained by the staff. The staff is very professional and attentive to your inquiries and concerns about the property. 100% recommended to anyone looking to move a few steps from the bow river at a good value.

I've been renting from Sable for 8+ years and they consistently treat me like a number. You would think that there would be some level of customer service ... but you'd be wrong.

I have lived in the building for about 5 years now. Great location and the rent is reasonable. Great walking trails close by as well very close to a C train station. The building is well looked after and also offers security. The best part of the building is its view.
